I won 1500 dollars at this casino, it was approved for payment on March 29th 2023.  It is now May 22nd and I have yet to recieve any funds.  I submitted all the required documentation that was requested of me.  I contact them on a weekly basis. At first the response was that it would take 5 to 10 business days to be processed.  Then after a month, the response was that the that they have a new system and that it would take an additional 5 to 10 days for processing. Okay, it has been 2 months and I was told that I would recieve and email on when the funds would be mailed and there are no updates at this time.
