FYI

Casino Royal Club is a scam site.

After providing personal documentation, banking information, and making a deposit I received an email saying "withdrawal in process".  Later, when I enquired about my withdrawal, my emails were no longer responded to and phone calls no longer accepted with no viable reason as to why?

Hi rg0351,

 

We have tried to get in touch with them so we could speak in debt of your withdrawal issue and why it is lagging so much. We have never been able to speak to someone, actually, they never even picked up the phone. We tried calling them in bursts of 4 calls at 5 different occasions during the day. Out of 20 phone calls, they answered none! Kind of a poor customer service if you ask me.

 

Due to the above experience that we have encountered with Casino Royal Club, we do not recommend that any of our members ever play at that online casino. They seem to ignore they users by not answering their and not providing an adequate customer support. This is no way of running a online casino.

I just wanted to let you know that I finally got the $150 owed me from Casino Royal Club but it took alot longer than the site claims.  Also, in my opinon, tech support is unsatisfactory and I will not ever play there again! Thanks for your help and have a good day!
