CONCLUSION: – If the promotion is FALSELY ADVERTISED as 40% deposit bonus or not, I do not care anymore because I felt treated like a garbage from their customer care personnel with username Gosia. – He is a chat support operator supposed to have enough patience to listen and explain to each Club World Group existing or potential customer in part if in need. 

 

To me, I feel he failed to treat me as he should and therefore I will not deposit at any Club World Casino until he is fired !

Thank you Gosia for your apologies, really much appreciated ! I had a discussion with Julie, your supervisor, she said apology to me for that incident at hand. And I have also accepted and appreciated her gesture already, before writting this here now… 

 

- Well, what can I say, anyone can make mistakes .. but the fewer, the better ! – I will continue to patronage and support CWG !
