I have played at online casinos for years. The only casino I played at was Sloto Cash and dessert night. I can tell you there services use to be wonderful, however there have been many changes over the past year and even there ratings have dropped. They use to be one of the top casinos with a rating of 8.5 now they are rated 6.5 and dropping.

I have had 3 withdrawals over the past few months in which all three withdraws have been delayed. I am still waiting for my last one.

As far as customer service, I can say on line support is horrible. You can open three chat windows and talk to three different on line support people and ask them all the same question. You will get three different answers. They will tell you what they want you to hear. All the dishonesty you have discussed is factual and true. They tell you a withdraw has been flushed but it’s been for reversal in your cashier section for 3 days? They tell you they speed up the process and they do nothing of the sort.

I have also worked with the vip casino host directly. Generally he will give you a straight up answer to your issue but takes several days to replay. Why would it take so long to reply to a simple e-mail when this casino is running 24-7?

There business practice is horrible and there are way too many others on line casinos that figured out what it takes to keep players coming back. Dessert night, sloto cash, slots capital are three casinos that run and operate by the same team. I would be careful playing at these casinos. They don't give many deposit options and withdrawal process is horrible.

I have done research with one of the best top rated online rtg casinos. They acceptUSAplayers and offer 4 deposit options, and 4 withdraw options. The even have the same company on the billing statement as sloto cash and dessert night. Now if another RTG can offer all these options then this simply means they are available. Slots capital, Sloto cash and dessert night are way behind on the game and they deserve to lose customers. They think we are stupid and believe everything they say. I had a support rep tell me no other casinos offer any other option either. I had to correct her on this.

As far as the withdrawal times. I played at another casino (RTG) and did several withdrawals. It took 4 days to hit my account. But Sloto cash can’t figure out how to get you money to you faster than 15-20 days?

 

I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM DESSERT NIGHT, SLOTO CASH AND SLOTS CAPITAL. All owned by the same company. They are not who they use to be when it comes to wanting to be the best. Those days are over. There famous words. "Thank you for understanding" They have so many excuses as to why your money has not hit your account. Go ahead, you think im kidding. Contact three different support reps and ask them the same question and you will get three different answers. Send them a few emails and see how many days pass before you get an answer.

Good luck to all those who chose to stay with them. The players need to know and this needs to be posted on all the forums. Pass the word, they are not who they use to be. If you don’t believe me then you will some day be in this forum explaining your bad experiences with them.
