as user name ynotony1966. i have winning i am trying to get from sj. I complied with all the request for info and got an email from the financial dept. stating I was approved to withdraw. I tryed and was rejected.I chatted with an agent and was told i need to send my copies of my cc and utility bills. i told them i had already done that and then they said we need only your bank statment( which i had already sent).I sent it again and was told to wait up another 4 days.

the inconsistency in the requests has prompted me to initiate a complaint. I hope to report that they have paid my winning in the future. wish me luck. and any advice would be greatly appreciated

hello,

I myselef had twice problems with this casino, and even got the casino deal rep. to get involve, my first issue was when i hit $3000, then they approved only $500 and they returned the other $2500 to my account and afiter contacting the my VIP, manager her is (julia), she tried to explain that since this my first time hiting , that is the normal way to make sure that every thing will go fine, i said ok.

It took them almost 2 monthes to pay my $3000 in payments of $500 each time.

 

After that i stopped playing with them but the VIP sent me a lot of emails to get back, and even they sent me a bascket of chooclate to my home, any way I said let me give it a nother trail with this casino since they are trying to be nice.

And here are go again , i hit another $3000, and the same thing happened again, and i asked the casino deal to get involve one more time, trying to find how come if they have posted in the web site that they can pay up to $3000 paynent, why they are doing that.

 

To make the story short , I had wait another 2 monthes to get pay up $2500, and i got sick waiting, so I decided to play the remaining $500 loose it and get it over with, And after that i found that they locked my comp points which i earned from my deposits, and again i contacted the casino deal to have it unlocked, he cotacted them and did his best, and got back to me advising me not to play with them again, which i already decided to do so, but i kept fighting for my comp points untill i got it, and i would never go back and play with them, by the way the casino deal gentelman was helping me is Shan, and he did his best.

 

So please take my advise try to get your fund and stay away from the slot jungle casino, knowing that in the very near futur they will block you from getting any bonus.

wow after almost a month i got 500 wired to me but no sign of the check they sent before the wire. so glad for this site and all the help i have received from the staff. Without them these casinos could do what ever they want.now they know that potential dollars are being brought in or diverted based on how they treat us.
