I consider Diceland casino to be a scam. Until I receive my winnings, they are public enemy number one. I won $1500 almost 2 months ago and they still have not payed me. I was told to send in documents which I did, I was told they needed more info I gave it. I was told they need my routing number again i gave it. I was told it is approved and will take up to 18 days. I waited. I was told it is at the processing bank and that i will have an eta for when the funds will hit my band on Monday, Monday came and went. I e-mailed the withdrawal manager who guaranteed me quick responses, and he has yet to get back to me. I have not seen a cent, they have all of my banking info and id, and forms filled out and sent in. I have all of the e-mails to prove it. I was assured by withdrawal manager Walter K. that this would all be taken care of and I only get more delays and guarantees. I know a scam when I see it, now I am considering alternative steps to take against their institution. If this site can help me i will be a believer but until then, I am skeptical.

If you did not breached any term, and you complied with all the forms, then I believe you will be promptly paid. You was very lucky to find CasinoDeal (or a similar website) where players can be helped in getting their money from Rome Partners.

 

From what I have read, Rome Partners pay withdrawals according to their T&C`s ONLY to members of these type of forums and websites which may harm their reputation. On the other side, the truth is that they do not care too much to pay until a public complain is made after many months of waiting and unrespected promises in the hope that player play and lose back the wins.

Hello Yessir,

You are making cynical use of this forum here, because you know quite well your accusations are without base.

First of all, you were entitled to $300, not $1500, as by the x10 term in the terms and conditions. 

You already received the $300, yet you wanted more. Walter checked for you but he, nor any other, can change the terms in your favor. As a player you play under the same terms as everyone else, only you have chosen to complain about it here.  In short, you have been paid in full according to the terms, and there is no existing delay nor money owed. Posting on online forums will not change that fact.

It's funny, we try to find people who for some reason post before talking to us, and my job is to help them. From that players seem to think I ONLY help those that post. That's wrong, and discounts a lot of my work with players that simply write to me for extra help. That's my job and it can be done by writing to me at [email protected]. I'm glad to assist anyone who contacts me, and so is support.

     I am not surprised as to how you responded. The language in your response is indicative of how your staff and casino treated me from the beginning of my playing there. You call me a liar, say my accusations are baseless and imply that you did nothing wrong. I would have been surprised if you admitted your failings, since your casino lies about everything in the first place. As for proving my case, I have every e-mail and screenshots of every in casino conversation. The burden of proof lies with me, yet all the proof in the world will not make you admit your failings and recant your lies and attacks. CasinoDeal also knows the truth about the situation and I am sure they will not be impressed with how you respond to a customer on their private complaint forum. Just another example of how poor your management is. Since you want to play games and brow beat me with insults, you have until Friday, 12:00pm EST May18th, to settle the situation the correct way, or I will charge back my purchases with you due to failure to provide goods or services as advertised. This will lock up any funds in your processor until the situation is resolved, and it will give me back far more than the winnings you know damn well you owe me.

Hello Noah and Yessir. Somehow, I am glad that this 10 x deposit – max withdrawal rule (which is not suitable for the player because there is no bonus involved and therefore implies only cash from the customer) has been brought on here in this thread.

 

As I said in my post here at Casino Deal in thread http://pacificintegration.ca/foru…..n-general/ I do not like this rule:

 

`All Deposits of 249 USD and less have a max withdrawal of 10X the deposit for that specific play session. Once a withdrawal is requested, the casino applies the 10X rule and corrects the withdrawal to accurately reflect the 10X rule. The remaining funds are deemed "Non-Withdrawable" and are cleared from the player's balance.` – This means that the balance will be zeroed out ! – Well, as I said in another thread Shawn Elliot (from CasinoDeal support) told me that this rule applies differently for CasinoDeal members: and for example if one CasinoDeal member deposit lets say 100$ and win 3000$, he will be paid 1000$ in one installment and the rest of his money will not be zeroed out, but instead will be paid out in another two 1000$ installments ! (I have a chat log for this also) PS: – Why is this super harsh rule needed in the first place ?

 

Mr. Noah can you shed some light over this issue please: – this rule applies differently for people who signed up at Rome Casino via CD than the other people who have not done so or Mr. Shawn Elliot was wrong informed and he misinformed me on his turn ?

We have an understanding with them that this 10x rule DOES NOT APPLY TO CD MEMBERS and in this specific case with yessir123 unfortunately he didn't join them through us so the rule applies. They have sent him his money as promised and unfortunately it took a longtime but once we contacted them they sent the funds out immediately.

The terms are what they are and as stated by Noah they cannot be adjusted player to player but in the case with CD members the CD Badge says it all…NO 10x RULE! 

So far this rule has not been applied to any of our members and if it has PLEASE let us know and we will look into the matter…

 If t6hey do not have to abide by their TOS then they can not hold me to them either. As for the badge, I am a member of CD and it did nothing for me as per the 10x rule. If I found out about you a year after I joined them I receive no benefit with that casino through you. So if you want to defend the casino and not the player, then you also do not get my membership. Obviously you are getting some kickback to endorse them and smooth over their dirty work and insults. Shaun had told me that their post was unacceptable, but according to your response, they are in the right and spotless in your eyes. Thank you for showing me where your allegiances lie. I am leaving this bogus group.

As I mentioned yessir123 you did not join them through us and the fact that you didn't limits us as to how much we could do but as our community grows we will be able to reach all casinos regardless if you joined through us or not. I'm sorry you feel that way yessir123 because I feel like we've only done good on your behalf but your entitled to your opinion. Had you been a CD member and the outcome was the same then I would totally understand your point but that isn't the case.

You make reference that you have not benefited from our services but 2 days after we contacted you your funds were in your account.

Now when I make reference to CD member it's in regards to you downloading and registering at a specific casino through us. We appreciate you as a member and suggest that you only play with casinos downloaded through us to avoid situations such as this!

 

We represent the PLAYERS and have special conditions for our community with no charge of course and if any casino breaches the conduct we expect from them then they will be removed without hesitation.

 

I'm sorry you feel this way yessir123 and I hope you change your mind about leaving the community! Cool
