I made a deposit to Golden Cherry Casino on 14th April, and I am unable to play these funds due to a "technical server problem."  Since technical problems are what I work on for a living, I am quite familiar with how one can occur and justifiably how one can identify and/or work towards a fix for one. I sat here for days listening to the reasoning of why they are unable to get me straightened out since one of their representatives screwed  up my account when they attempted to make a manual deposit to my account but failed to put the promotion in beforehand. When they attempted to force the promotion into my account they cause some technical issue and now the money is off my Mastercard (along with the international bank fees) and sitting in the casino account which I am unable to play via website or download.

I want my money back along with the bank fees that I have to pay in order to make such a deposit. I have been quite patient concerning this matter. I have spoken to several people over the last week or so, all stating that it will take a day or two to fix, but if that were the case I would not be here on this blog complaining. I am tired of explaining the problem to these people. I took a copy of the conversation I had last week with one of the managers 5 days ago:

I had some inexperienced rep trying to help put on the promo code that I requested before depositing and now I cannot play at all. dawynsmith: It allows me to log in. Download the game where necessary and then when I bet and press play that is when I get the error message
dawynsmith: It kicks me out of the system after I press okay when I use the download version, but asks me if I want to log out on the web version
Stacey Manager: I'm putting together a detailed report on the issue. I need the tech department to take a deeper look into it. — Just to set your mind at ease regarding your money, your $25 are still in your playable balance and nothing is going to happen to it without your authorization.
dawynsmith: I don't doubt that but it is just that I was told that the tech department would already have been working on the problem. This was an untruth if you are doing it right now.

Well I contacted another rep today and after being on hold 5 minutes later I was transferred to a Frankie Manager who started the conversation off with "how may I help you"… Well needless to say I don't have any more time to explain it again, and if they cannot soft transfer then why was I transferred to you in the first place???Yell

Always happy to hear from you C. I love the games at Golden Cherry. This was a strange and unusual occurence to say the least. Nevertheless I hope they fix the problem. I would like to make enough to withdraw, but I can't play if they don''t fix the problem. But if they don't admit to it, they need to refund me back all of what I paid to deposit into their casino.
