'Lucky 18 Casino'….

They have owed me money for months and months. They say that it is only a

little over two months and though my player history supports that stand, the money has been owed for
roughly six months….not only is their player history incorrect, so are the amounts.

 

They are withholding 'free chip' winnings. I was told that to allow them to release the free chip

wins I would have to make a $100 deposit and play through the deposit one time. I made the

deposit and played through it once and then some….now they are withholding the free chip

winnings and the deposit.

 

I have spoken with many of their 'chat' support people and they invariably pass the buck to the
'accounts' department. Though accounts has been made aware of my ongoing
attempt to get paid….I never hear from them and they do not respond to my
emails.

Hi garyz,

 

We have been or at least have tried to get in touch with the casino in question and never received an answer. We have left multiple messages and never got a reply. They seem be shady about this whole situation. However, you can rest assured that we will keep on trying to contact them until we have some sort of answer of what is going on.

I find it interesting that a previous poster had the same problem and, through the intervention of CasinoDeal…the issue was resolved rather quickly.

I'm wondering…maybe they ran out of money?

 

Driven to frustration I have accused them of being broke…also, of being a one person operation…I have asked the 'chat' people if they are being paid…and informed them (chat support) that they are working for thieves. Maybe that is why they won't pay me….I hurt their feelings…

You blaming them of thieves and of being unfair has nothing to do with you not receiving your funds. They are entitled to you and you rightfully earned them. They are known for being a rogue casino and not paying out. However, we are still trying to get in contact with them and will not stop until we receive an answer on what they are willing to do with your issue. We will keep you updated on the event that take place concerning your issue.

Hello Roger–they acknowledge owing me the money…they do not say why they're dragging their feet…I believe the reason is one of two things…either they are broke or they are thieves…there are probably many players who simply give up…and with those players the casino may choose just to keep the money.

I have some history in the online gaming industry having been something of an unofficial ombudsman a few years ago. In those days a gambling portal (winneronline) was a power broker that went to war with rogue casinos and eventually exacted justice for players…just as CasinoDeal is doing in 2023.

Casinos make reference to regulatory agencies that purportedly keep them in line and determine the fairness of their software….that is a joke! Lucky 18's software is so casino friendly that they might as well put a sign up saying, 'come to our casino, we will cheat you'…

Casino spokesman will say, 'our software is beyond reproach'….how would they know, did they write it? Like businesses can have two sets of books….casinos can have two sets of software…to tell a player that 'our RNG is inspected by a representative of a regulatory agency frequently' is tantamount to claiming that there is no crime because there are no criminals smart enough to get away with criminal acts….uh huh…..

Hello–still wondering….when a casino refuses to pay are we (the gambling portals…the online gaming industry itself) powerless to do anything about it?

 

Are we all impotent entities….emasculated by this anemic, thieving germ of a casino?

In most cases, yes, once they decide that they will not pay out, there is nothing a player can do about it. That is where we come in. We try our hardest to make the online casinos in question payout like they are supposed to. Lucky 18 Casino apparently does not exist anymore….

 

I would guess that this casino has absconded with all the money that they were able to lay their hands on….and ran!

 

There is no phone number on their website and when I attempt to access 'live chat' all I get are repeated messages that 'all operators are assisting others'….when I tried to 'chat' the other evening I received 15 of those messages over a 40 minute span of time…today I have received 14 so far…

 

Either they are history or….perhaps I can assume that they don't want to talk with me…

 

I find it interesting that, with the immense amount of money we as players are risking by playing at these online casinos….we do not have any recourse, any entity with teeth, that we can go to for help when we encounter thieves….

 

And so it goes…..

Hi there I too am experiencing problems with Lucky18

In April 2023 I won $700 and then in May 2023 I won $2000

Iam still waiting for them to send me my cheques,I've spoken to support numerous times only to get the same answer (We are so sorry and will send an urgent email to accounts)

I've also emailed Casava Enterprises but to no avail

 

What's a girl to do?  (HHHEEELLPP)
