Just know that I did this for all of you.

This is just an FYI for those players that get mailers advertising bonus money to come to their casino.

I registered with Silver Oak many years ago. Long enough to remember why I stopped playing there. I recently received a come and play free money from Silver Oak casino. Well don't even install the software! First of all I tried to redeem the free money under the redeem coupon function, well that didn't work, so I decided to make a small deposit of 42.00 USD ( with a 100% bonus match code).  I lost the money in less than an hour.

First of all I play RTG casinos all the time, but these guys restrict 80% of their games to not allow you to go below a certain betting amount. In other words they set their minimum to 3x per line, so you are forced to run through your money that much faster. One thing I noticed right away is that they do not display volatility (Low, Medium, High, etc) ratings on the games you play like other compliant casinos. 

Another thing they do is mesmerize you with are the enormous jackpot bonus amounts on 90% of the games, which of course is a deceptive way of luring you in. How many RTG casinos do you know that has a jackpot of $50,000+ on PayDirt? What this eye candy is actually saying is that you won't hit any jackpots here, and that is why our numbers are so high!

I played the games for about 45 minutes got down to 25.00 USD and signed off. Thinking maybe if I come back later in the day things might improve. Well several hours later and 10 minutes of play it was gone. I tried almost every game they had. So I thought let me contact customer service via chat to see if I can get this infamous 50.00 USD free money that came in the mail. Well they gave it to me, so okay great now I can see if there is any distinguishable fortune between using real money versus bonus money. There was. I was able to play for an hour and a half before losing it all. I immediately hit for $18 dollars in the first 5 minutes. Okay so this gives me hope. 30 minutes later I am down to $2 dollars…keeping in mind that I am placing the minimum bet.., but then I hit a bonus round (which was maybe the 2nd out of all of the games that I played) which got me to $86 dollars. Wonderful right? I didn't hit anymore bonus rounds, and left with zero in less than 30 minutes.

What it comes down to is me giving this casino a another chance, and if you cannot even win anything playing with free money, what are the hopes of you winning with real money. None at Silver Oak.

If you don't want to heed my warning, then go for it. Download the software, go to customer service, get some free dollars, and time how quickly you lose it all. The large jackpots, no volatility rate, and minimum betting amounts are an indication of a truly rogue casino. The only positive thing I saw about the casino is that they have more than one way for US Citizens to withdraw, but it is a shame no one will ever need it.  They have been officially uninstalled !

I will definitely follow the don't deposit before playing going forward. I don't know why I made an exception this time with Silver Oak. I am also glad you told me about the sister casinos to them, it helps. 

It is a shame that we have to go through all of this drama when we play online casinos. This is our entertainment, and it becomes a job when you get to a casino that refuses to pay as disclosed.

I am still afraid to deposit to any of the casinos I had previously won from because if I happen to win I will have to go through the same drama. But the fact is that since filing a complaint through casino deal I have been unable to deposit to two of them for some "unknown" reason. 

I had a good amount of comp points at Slot Madness but have not been able to successfully install their casino to retrieve them. One day I was told to uninstall to take care of an advertisement that kept popping up while I was playing, and have not been able to get back in since. "hmmmm???" 

Oh well I might want to consider an alternate form of entertainment?
