I played a $24 free chip and met play through and was told I needed to deposit first in order to cashout, so I did the next day. Once I deposited my balance disappeared and they said it was technically problem but would be fixed the next day. So I deposited $25 and they said I could go on and play with with my deposited money in the meantime and I did. But as for my withdrawal of the money I won on the free chip . . .Nothing has happen and I am still waiting to withdraw. Also, I inquire there every other day about this and and they saw tech knows of my issue and plus I have emailed them and no answer. Now when I go to their live help, they do not answer. Please help!
