Please help, so far a casino has closed my account and refunded my deposit without telling me why, only that their security has flagged my account. Now another casino has informed me that my account with them will be closed, but wants me to provide more information about the charges. They would not tell me much only that, "Security system have flagged your account with 2 type of Fraud evidence from the Regal Bar casino's." I Googled Regal Bar because I did not know who they were and found them to be Winpalace and Slots Jungle. I have contacted Winpalace in chat recently and was told that their Finanace has a note on my account and that's all they would say. First of all, I wrote to Winpaalce, Slots Jungle, and Casino Titan a long while back and requested them to close my accounts because I no longer wanted to play there because I don't like the way they do business. Slots Jungle and Casino Titan closed my account but Winpalace would not and it is still open. The only reason I can think of as to why they would make these accusations is because I have been bashing them in another casino forum when people complain about them not paying.
