   I"ve deposited at diamond vip on 12-7-2023. A few days before that I've tried to deposit with a pre-paid mastercard 5 times, and 5 out of 5 I was declined. Spoke to the customer service named valerie, she told me that if I come back and make a deposit she would give me a bonus of 200% with a wager requirement of $25x30. So when I came back on 12-7-11, I went straight to cashier and tried to deposit with a visa card, I guess it went through. So I had to contact customer service to finalize my deposit. I didn't even get to claim my bonus, they automatically credited my acct.  I started playing right away, until I came to realize what the wager requirement for this bonus was? played for about 2 hrs, then contacted customer service to ask them how much more wager requirement do I have? They  told me, not sure, but I think it was like  $2300. I was shocked, and upset. At the same time nothing i can do, hoping diamond vip would be one of my favorite casino. But now so hesistant to even deposit there, although I do enjoy the game.

i received the bonus, it was the wager requirement i was upset about. i was suppose to receive the x30, but instead ended up with a 3000 playthrough.
