I have been enjoying on-line gaming for several years…UNTIL…I played at Diamond VIP, Rome and Diceland.  One of my account reps told me I had to pay him a "commission" on my winnings. THIS IS NOT TRUE.  You do NOT have to pay anyone anything, other than the processing fee, which by the way, is enormous.  I lost over $3,000 paying him his commission.  In addition, unless you are an active player, which means NEW MONEY three or four times a week, don't expect to be paid any time soon.  One of the above mentioned casinos has over $18,000 of mine and because I didn't add any more NEW money, I had to fight to get paid.  The manager of these casinos turned from a nice guy to, well, let's just say, he's not so nice any more.  Then, to my delight, along came my Knight in Shining Armour, Shawn Elliot, from CasinoDeal.  Not only is he very personable, but he's the kind of man that does what he says he will do.  I can't say enough good things about him.  I guess you could say I'm the president, and I'm sure, not the only member, of his fan club.

Well, I don't even know how I came across CASINODEAL, but I hope they will be able to help me out in the future. I ve made a deposit of $25.00, on 12-7-2023. Prior to depositing there, my prepaiid mastercard was declined for 5 time at diamond vip casino. So I went out and bought a visa card. I was just checking to see if it was going to be declined again, but i guess it went through. after it went through, they automatically credited my acct. with I don't know kind of bonus or, wager requirement. deposited $25.00, then the acct ended up with a total of $66.00. Since I didn't know what was the wager requirement was I contacted live chat and ask them what was the wager requirement, they told me 3000. when i did the math it was like 25x240. I was really upset. Because i spoke with valerie, one of the live chat person that helped me on the day my card was declined, told me if i come back and deposit, she would give me a 200% bonus with 30x playthrough, just contact customer service for the bonus. So when my acct got credited with a bonus I didn't ask for I was reallly mad. I only deposited there because CasinoDeal, had them as good casino to play at, now I'm having doubts. just thought i might post that and players be aware, of the bonus that you might automatically get credited with, before playing double check what  the wagering requirements are, unless you specifically asked for it. I would like to thank shawn, for resolving the issue I had with DIAMOND VIP, in such a fast and timely manner. It was resolve within 12 hrs,WOW. He called me letting me know that diamond vip, had credited me, double my deposit with a lesser wager requirerment. So when i logged in to diamond vip, there it was my money in my acct. So for anyone that feels like they can't do anything, when they have been done wrong, I suggest you guys to be a member if CASINODEAL. For any casino they promote on their website, they will resolve your issue. I've been a member here lesser than a month, but yet I am so satisfied with what they are doing to help us online gamblers. The good thing about it also, is we don't have to pay them, to get our issue resolve. It is a free website that is out there to help us, keep that in mind. I would recommend playing at diamond vip, because they do honor their words. Once again thank you very much, SHAWN. My acct has been credited with $50.
