I have the following three questions regarding this 10BET promotion: 

1. The players are allowed to deposit any amount up to 250 Euro as our first deposit via any ewallet option (such as Skrill or Neteller) without taking any code or bonus and place the entire sum on ANY CASINO GAME at the player choice and if the bet is a winner then the player is free to withdraw whatever funds he have in his cashier balance. While if the bet is a loser, then the player can claim his 25% first deposit NO STRINGS cashback (62.5 Euro) and withdraw this amount right away without any further wagering ? 

2. I may like this offer, but I already have a registered account with 10BET (username PlayHunter) BUT I did not made any deposit into my 10BET account until this day. SO, basically if I decide to make a deposit at 10BET this will be my first deposit. – I am eligible for this cashback offer ? 

3. I did not registered my 10BET account via any Casino Deal link, but I think I am also not tagged/labeled to any other affiliate. (please check this for me) – Can you label/tag my existing 10BET account with Casino Deal ? (if yes, please do so)

About this term part: "3. Play any games you like and if you lose your deposit, we'll refund you 25% as free cash" 

Ex: Lets say I make a 250 Euro deposit. Then I rollover my deposit one time (1x) with bets equal to 10% of the deposit.

After this rollover has been met, my remaining account balance is 150 Euro. So I have lost 100 Euro of my deposit. 

- At this point can I claim that 25% cash back from the lost part of my deposit or the balance needs to go down 0 Euro ?

Thank you for the prompt answers as well for your kindness in letting me take benefit of this CasinoDeal targeted promotion though I did not joined 10BET via CasinoDeal. (I am registered at 10BET before CasinoDeal started to offer online services) 

Basically how I now understand your detailed explanation for this 25% 10BET cashback promotion is that if a player choose to make his first deposit say 250 Euro, he will be entitled for the 25% cashback on one of the following two ways: 

I. The player has to rollover at least ONE TIME his 250 Euro deposit on any casino game he choose (including video poker, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, progressives – slots or any other progressive games etc) on bets equal or lower with 25 Euro

OR, 

II. The player has to rollover at least TWO TIMES his 250 Euro deposit on any casino game he choose (including video poker, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, progressives – slots or any other progressive games etc) on any bets he choose (even 250 Euro) 

OK, now I have another five questions for you, please: 

1. Please tell me if I understand the rules correctly until this point ? (if the answer is yes, then this promo is still a great one) 

2. Are the games (baccarat, roulette and blackjack) from the Live Casino section allowed for this cashback promotion ? 

3. Gamble/double up slots and video poker feature do count toward fulfilling the rollover requirement ? 

4. A few sub-questions regarding Blackjack games which is allowed for this promotion as I understand the rules:

- "Double down" and "Split" hands in blackjack games do count toward fulfilling the rollover requirement ?

- "Double down" and "Split" hands in blackjack games do count in increasing the initial bet percentage or not ?

For example if I choose to bet 25 Euro on a blackjack hand, and I receive a hand total of 11 versus a dealer 6 up card (basic blackjack strategy says double – if I "double down" this hand, it will still count as a 25 Euro bet (10% of the deposit) or it will be considered now a 50 Euro bet (20% of the deposit) and therefore increasing my rollover requirement from 250 to 500 ?  

- How is the bet calculated if I play any form of a "Multihand Blackjack" game ? 

For example say I play 5 hands at once in a Multihand Blackjack, and I play 5 Euro per hand – this total bet will count as a 25 Euro (10% of the deposit) or as a 5 Euro (2% of the deposit bet) ?

5. How should I proceed to attend to this 25% cashback promotion, what are the exact steps I should follow ?
