Here we go again,

At Begado,

(1) I have an approved withdraw since 04/04/2023 for $700, which I should have it by 04/18/2023 according to the time fram, but I have'n get it as of today Friday 04/26/2023.

(2) Also I did another deposit of $100 , I did the playthrough and my balance was $1703, after the casino gets back the intial bonus, I should have a net pay of $1403 since the bonus was 300% match, but the policy at Begado that they only approve $100 max, I do not know why, knowing that in the terms for withdraw it says up to $3000 for one request.

But any way they approved the $1000 and put me back the remaining $403 in my balance, which is clear money , they exepect the player may he will play with it and loose it, and that was not the first time they did such thing, then i played with that $403 and i made up to $3500, and also requested the withdraw .

They approved some and some is still pending, which is ok.

But what is not ok is , so far i did not get my $700 the old one and of course the new ones as well.

They kept trying not to face me either on the chat or on the phon, and alwayas they say either the manager is in a meeting or there is no manager, just games.

Well the last thing i was told today that by Monday in 48 hrs, they will resolve my matter, which i do not belive it , because they aslo told me that maney times.

I spoke to Shawn from casino deal team and he told me that he going to all them and ther is another issue with other player as well with Begado, that was like o Monday orTuseday.

Also now i kept talking and calling the casino and i been getting the run arround

Hello guys (Andrew and Playhunter)

Please guys correct me if i am mistaking, but what i understood from the topic above that the is issue all about $23? or there is a digit or more than a digit missing here in this amount?!!

I mean you guys kept writing and posting all this time before and still until now for $23 or it is $2300 .

If that is the case , about $23 or $21 I am not sure, but this a wast of time and effort, and I think that there are much bigger problems with other players than this $21 or $23.

By the way  I just got $1000 from Begado, wired to my bank account, it was not really $1000, it was like $950 because they said the bank fee, should I start fighting for that $50 , since you guys talking here about $21.

I kept reading this issue for the last 3 months or so, can you guys just forget that $21 thing.

Playhunter, forget man this small things, and personally I think that we should consider a problem when the fund is like from $500 and up.

There are a lot greater problems with players and the casinos than this $21

Playhunter, I want to ask you one thing, do you still playing there with them, if yes I am sure that you can really hit them much more than this $21, if you just focus, Do you know that they do not allow me to play in the Begado , unless i do straight money with no bonus, that how bad i hit them, if you read my issue above , you will see that when i had a balance to withdraw $1403, they only approved $1000 and they put back the $403 in my account thinking that i will play it and lose it.

Guss what, i made this $403 up to $3500, and that was not the first time they did such thing, they also did twice before and I also hit them twice before the same way.

I just wish youthe best , and if you get the $21 that is OK, and if you do not get it It is OK also.
