A similar thing happened with me at BEGADO, and as you said the CS and the people who say that they are managers their, they do not the ABC of the casino'srules.

Yesterday, as i mentioned before they only approved $1000 of my withdraw, then they put the $473 back in my account, that $473 it includes the bonus they had given to me($333), OK

I asked them how come you did not remove your bonus, so i can play my $140, they told me it is OK you can go ahead and play it, then i said what about if i loose the all $473, are you then going to go back and take away 333 from my approved $1000, because as casino's rules the casino have to take back their bonus at the time of approving the withdraw, which your casino did not do, ( it is I said they do not know the ABC .

Any way to make the story short, the manager i was talking to him, just could not answer and at the end telling me to go ahead and play the all $473 and do not worry.

At that time this was on the phone, I asked him since I am sure that he does not what he is talking about , I asked him to go in chat with me so i can keep and save the chat when things goes wrong, and clearly i told him I hold him responsible , At that point he backed up and he told if can wait until he ask someone and he will get in tough with me,
