Hi I would like to share my experience with online gaming. I had joined the ROME CASINO just over a year ago,

I was playing roulette and had won a total of $1100.00. I made a withdrawal request and they wanted all of this

personal information from me such as my drivers licence, home utility bills etc. I was a little concerned about

giving out personal information with all the possibilities of identity theft these days but as I wanted my money

I just rolled the dice and complied. I then asked for a payment by cheque and they said that all payments were

made by wire transfers so I opened a seperate savings account just for this deposit I was disappointed that I had

to pay a $50.00 fee for said withdrawal but what could I do. After sending them all of the information they

requested, I waited patiently after 8 weeks I had heard nothing back. I emailed them and they said that it would

take some time for my withdrawal to be approved which I thought was odd, so I continued to wait still no response.

Out went another email same answer withdrawal not approved yet. After several emails to them I get a response back

stating that they needed my banking information which I had already given them, so I sent the information once again.

Still no response back and no money in my account. After several polite emails to them still no response back at this

point we are going on almost a full year from the date I had made the withdrawal request out of frustration I just gave

up and chalked it up to a bad experience. In late december of 2023 I received a call from Shawn Elliot from Casino Deal

he told me about how Casino Deal protects the players from being mistreated by online casinos. I told him that I was

not a member of Casino Deal, but I had a bad experience with the ROME CASINO. He told me that since I was not a

member that it would be a slim chance that anything could be done but he would try. Within a few days he called me

and said that he had talked with the casino and that they agreed to pay me the money, I was surprised to say the least

within a few days I had received $500.00. Shawn called me back a couple of days later to see if all was well and I told

him that I had only received half the money. When I emailed the casino they said that I was only entitled to 10 times

my deposit which was $50.00. So I told Shawn this and he said that he would look into it. He called me back the same

day and said that since I had been waiting almost a year to get my money that the casino had agreed to pay me the other

$500.00. Within a couple of days I had all of the money I would just like to thank Casino Deal for all of their help, they

fought in my corner even though I wasn't a member. It took a year but I finally got my money, I am sure that there are

other players that have had the same issues getting paid as I did. All that I can say is protect yourself and

become a member of Casino Deal and gain peace of mind that they will go to bat for you should you have any issues

and all for FREE who can argue with that. Sorry for the long post but you have to tell the whole story to appreciate the

outcome.

This was a very great story to read pro_5.0 ! And, without doubt some stories such as yours are rising BIG question marks when it comes to put money on some cartain casinos. BUT without the slightest doubt Casino Deal have a STRONG WORD TO SAY IN THIS BUSINESS and I can only congratuate them for this ! 

 

Out of curiosity about human character, are you still depositing at Rome Casino after this incident ?

i have a very similar event going on right now with an online casino i won 12,076  i had a lot of fun playing there and enjoyed their various games but got the boot because of an unknown reason tried getting in touch with someone for a week then i spoke with shawn elliot from casinodeal as well earlier today nothing been worked out yet considering its the first day but he seemed very eager and helpful to hopefully get this resolved have to agree whether i get my money or not casinodeal is awesome
