Hey everyone,  I am new here at CD and sorry that my first post is in the complaints category.  No complaints about CD (I was surprised to get a phone call from Shaun in CS welcoming me aboard.  Never got that type of personal interest at Bryan's site). Just thought I'd give a heads up concerning Loco Jungle's free $25 no deposit bonus for signing up.  Right after I created the account I logged in expecting to see a balance of $25.  The balance was zero so I went on live chat only to be told that any winnings (after WRs of 90X!!) could not be cashed out at all.  Now, with 90X WR I certainly don't expect to win anything anyway, but it bothered me that the CSR continually tried to get me to deposit first and get a giant bonus.  When I asked what the point of the offer was if it was worthless, I was told that it was just to play for fun (not advertised as such however).

 

I don't want to make a big deal about it, but when things start the way they did, I sure don't want to do business with them.  Just my two cents as a caution.  Seems like the old bait and switch to me!  Thanks for listening.

Thank you for informing the community of LocoJungle's Free $25 Signup Bonus.  We agree with you that they should advertise the fact that the Free $25 is only to try out the software and that players can't actually win with that Bonus. On the other hand i have to give them credit for telling you that before you actually played and won money and not waited until you do to give you the news….. Like other online casinos do. But we will definitely keep an eye out

 

We have been getting some good reviews about them from players that made deposits and cashed out. They actually have many type of bonuses…..Some with no wagering requirement, game restrictions or max cash outs.

 

But once again pacers31, we appreciate your feedback and thank you for your involvement in the community.

Hi Andrew,

You have mentioned above that Loco Jungle they do have bonuses (some with no wagering requirement, game restrictions or max cash outs), Please if you can tell me like what because I am not aware of that, and all the bonuses I got was with 30x play through, or most of the time I do make straight deposit not using any bonuses, So if you can please let me know about this bonuses with no play through.

what sent things downhill quickly for me was the way the chat operator handled it.  When I inquired as to what I needed to do to get the ND bonus, the operator immediately said "Wouldn't you rather have a big bonus with deposit instead of a bonus you cannot cash out?"  I believe it was around 500% (I think that is what he offered).  That's when I asked point blank what the purpose of the $25 ND bonus if you couldn't win anything from it?  He said it is just to get to know the games before making a deposit. 

 

So, I just had them close the account as it doesn't seem like we got off on a good footing to begin with.  No big deal, as I wasn't going to win anything anyway as it was a phony bonus.  Just felt like a bait and switch, "Oh Brian, you don't want that bonus, deposit and take this better one instead".  I usually don't use bonuses anyway.

 

I;ve been playing online since 2004 or so, and I am really selective about things being right from the start, they didn't impress me in this regard so I move on.  Currently I will only play at two sites, I thought I'd have a look at some of the ones you guys promote and that is why I even looked into them.
