hi i recently recieved a cd through the post from casino rewards asking me to deposit £1 at nostalgia casino in exchang for a £20 free chip this is a scam as after i completed the offer with a profit of £150 the refused to pay me as i already had an acount with them in 2008

they knew this when they sent the cd obviously so what they are doing is trying to get me to make deposits with a get out clause if i win

i wonder how many players have been decieved like this

my next point is what happens to the winnings. they keep them

when they do this they are cheating every  player who uses the machines that paid out to me. as the prizes are now paid out technicaly to the casino they are stealing from the prize fund using thousands of people everyday to play the casino on bonus

its disgusting

 

i am sure i will get bullied and ridiculed probably banned from this forum for making these points

I do not see why you should get banned or bullied for posting this. This forum was created specifically for what you are presently doing. For players to come vent out any frustration they have or had with online casinos.

We actually appreciate it a lot when users just like yourself write posts like yours because you are actually educating other users on which online casinos to go to and which ones to stay away from.

Hi thats great Thank you for welcoming me ,one thing i meant to mention with the first post is how come they dont return the deposit when they void the cash out ?

Surley they must by law??…….. the whole thing stinks accepting deposits then banning you if you try cashing out. Why am i banned? all i did was what they asked me to do by installing the cd they sent me and depositing £1. Hardly a fraudster at work , an innocent victim more like

Hi Omglol,

 

We have contacted Nostalgia Casino and they claim that the issue was with Virtual City Casino, which is a sister casino and not with Nostalgia.

 

The reason they were not able to detect your old account is because once you registered the second time, you didn't use the same info you did the first time you registered. Therefore the software didn't detect it until you sent in your documents for verification.

 

If that's the case, then they have the right to freeze the new account because it clearly says it in their terms and conditions  that each player is allowed ONE account per casino.

 

As for the refund of your deposit…… They claim that you only made a deposit of 0.10 pense and that they don't send out money for less then 10 pounds.

First of all i did not send them any documents ,it obviously did not get to that stage and secondly they had all my details already as they sent me the offer in the post

and it was nostalgia casino i played not virtual . i have had an acount with virtual city but had no idea that was a problem perhaps you can explain why its a problem and where did they get my address 

they sent me the offer in writing to my address which presumably they got from my aCcount with their sister company

nostalgia casino is bad news i dont expect to get the winnings but want anyone with any forsiight to reserch nostalgia casino virtual city casino and casino rewards that they cannot be trusted and any cd sent from casino rewards should be thrown in the bin

Hello Omglol,

 

You have to understand that our policy is to help players that run into problems with the casinos PERIOD, but the outcome on the other hand could be different.

When we are dealing with casinos that are not posted on our site like (Nostalgia Casino) we are limited as to how much information they will give us and that makes it that much harder to resolve the issue unlike with the casinos we do promote get matters resolved much faster!

This is the reason why we contact players via e-mail or phone to let them know the "MOVEMENT" is taking place because POWER works in numbers and were trying to get everyone on board.

 

We will continue to look into this matter but the outcome doesn't look good because they would only give the information you see in the post Shawn wrote earlier and their not budging!

 

They said they would contact you so let's see what happens…
