I've been waiting for my winnings in over a month now. I won big at a roulette game and when I placed my withdrawal, they kept on asking me for more and more personal info with a week span in between each. It has been exactly 46 days since I place my withdrawal demand and they keep on telling me that it is under process.

I don't know if there is anything I could do to get my winnings but I decided to post my bad experience with them here.
