Won on 11/02/2023 was asked to send verification documents, this was done 3 times before I was told they were recieved.  I waited until 11/16/2023 when I was told that the withdrawal of $1550.00 had been approved by the manager.  I was told that it would be sent as as overnight delivery after 10 days.  I have now waited past those 10 days and still have not recieved anything.  I have tried to contact them over the last 2 days and get nothing but an automated response that they have recieved my inquiry and that it will be responded to within 24 hours.  I have heard nothing.
