More than 24 hours ago I have sent an email to [email protected] from one of my Yahoo email adresses. I was asking about some (simple) details which I really need in order to know if I will register my account with them or not. While I am still waiting for their response, I am already unhappy with their manner to respond questions from potential customers !

 

PS: In the email sent I did mentioned that I am a CasinoDeal member and that I will join Diamond VIP Casino via CasinoDeal !

I believe you spoke to one of our chat representatives who then got in touch with head of support team of Diamond VIP Casino.

 

The issue was resolved and they emailed you back answering all of your desired questions.

Correct RogerWill, and sorry I did not updated this thread immediately after my problem was solved. (will do this in the future)

 

Yes, after I have spoke to Shawn from CasinoDeal Live Chat about this unresponsive status from Diamond VIP Casino, he got in touch with OG, Diamond VIP manager and in about two hours I have got a response for all details needed. OG was nice and he also gave me his email address which I am going to post it here, someone else may need it: [email protected]

 

That been said, I still dont know the reason for more than 24 hours delay ? I am sure it may be a technical explanation – ie. they can not send emails to Yahoo (if so, this should be posted on casino website T&C`s) or they can not send emails to unregistered customers (this would be a big marketing mistake, but also should be written in their T&C`s) or anything else etc.
