Thank you for informing us of your issue with Diceland Casino (RomePartners). Can you please give us more information regarding your issue with them so that we can contact them on your behalf and hopefully resolve this issue.

As we mentioned to you in the past Simbo, we are constantly on it and are hoping to get your issue resolved. Many players from our community have been playing there for a while so if we remove or block Mona Casino (RomePartners), we won't be able to help our members resolve issues in the future…. So we advised RomePartners that if they don't change their ways with our members …. We will block them from getting any new players from us and we will advise all our members to stay away from them as well.

Please keep in mind that unfortunately this industry is known for it's problems with players having a though time withdrawing there winnings from online casinos but we are constantly trying to change that so that players feel safer and not have to worry about getting the money they win online. So far we have been able to resolve many issues players faced with online casinos and hopefully one day the online casinos will stop giving players a though time getting their winnings but until that days comes we are more than happy to try and resolve any issue coming our way.

Keep in mind that the bigger our community gets, the more power we have in resolving those issues… It's a numbers game so lets keep on growing.
