I downloaded the Grand Parker software a did like the games. I was real pleased with the 400% bonus on the first 

deposit.  Did have some technical problems and had to get their customer service involved.  They were very helpful

and the deposit was to be successiful and I did receive the bonus.  I went to make a second deposit and again

customer service helped. The problems started when I received a call from Visa concerning some charges on my

account.  I went to my bank to check on what the problem was and it appeared that the first deposit that was

made was made twice, only a few seconds apart, so no way I could have made it.  I called Grand Parker

customer service and asked her to tell me how many deposits did my account show, and she told me two.  But,

she could not help me with the problem I was having about my concerns about the first deposit being charged

to my card twice.  She told me I would have to email their finance department and attach a copy of my bank stmt

showing the charges.  I did that, and they were very quick to get back to me, telling me that my account showed

that I had made three deposits and all three had been applied to my account.  I emailed they back, contesting this.

Questioning how could I make a deposit just seconds after I made the first one (and not receiving any bonus)

and I never did receive that money.  I have not received any further information from them.    Not Good.

Question:  I have looked all over this site to find it.  All I have to do is download from your site

in order to have CD stamp on my account.  I dont have to do anything special when registering

after the download?  sorry maybe a sill question, I just dont want to messs up anymore

Dear Impope,

The same situation occurred with me too except it was with a the Slot Madness casino, and please know that unless the casino reimburses your for the funds (which has a probability of null) and you decide to get your bank involved you will be scarred for your online gambling life. Let me explain. When it happened to me the second "alleged" deposit appeared in my account history, and then posted to casino balance a day or two later. 

I didn't know until the weeks after, and when I contacted the casino, they denied it and then later told me that a "third-party" finance company handled that transaction. I told them that it didn't matter and I wanted my money back in my bank account not in your casino. Well easier said then done, they said they cannot do that. So I had to contact my bank and dispute the transaction which now shows in the casino world as a fraudulent action even though they made the mistake.

Like you I never deliberately submitted two deposits to gamble with or otherwise, but the money was withdrawn from my bank account irregardless for the same exact amount, twice, only seconds later. Keep in mind that these casinos view themselves as always the final decisioner in transactions, which is present when you try to withdraw your winnings, and you don't get your money in the time allotment as written under that casino's Terms and Conditions. They can break their rules but you cannot. 

This is why casinodeals.com exists. They know that casinos don't always do what they say they are going to do, so "who you gonna call?"

I truly hope that things work out in your favor because I tried handling the situation on my own, and all that follows me now is a troubled history.

Thank you dawynsmith for the info.

Update….. in the email that I had sent to Grand contesting the second deposit I made the argument that if I had made the deposit I would have requested one of their nice bonuses, my account did not reflect a bonus. I told them I liked their site and would have eventually made another deposit. Received a call from their customer service, they offered a bonus on the mistaken depositors and a $100 chip to play with.

Everyone makes mistakes, it's what you do to fix them that matters. Soooooo in my book all is good with Grand Parker. Thank you Steve!!

I am so glad that worked out for  you. I myself have had an issue with Grand Parker, but they came through also. It definitely helps to have pacificintegration.ca on your side. Congrats!  Now quadruple that bonus money!

Not sure what this means…but, when you go to lucky18.com and click on their support….you are immediately taken to 'Grand Parker' casino…

 

Their are big problems with Lucky 18 Casino…they don't pay and they don't answer requests for support made by email….

 

Grand Parker (Kathleen) state emphatically that there is no association between the two casinos…I believe her, however, if this is a software glitch they need to get it resolved…any indication that they have a relationship with Lucky 18 makes them highly suspect….

Steve if i got the same problem from any other casino then is there any solution to get money back from them? Because i would like make only one deposit and want money back from other deposits.
