Well James what would happen is we would intervene but to give us a little more clout we recommend you download casinos from CasinoDeal because we have a relationship and understanding with them as well and it makes it easier to get it resolved too! Not quit sure what you meant by the other part of of your post?

Everybody is so well meaning and polite on this site…but nothing seems to get resolved and I'm hearing over and over that everyone with a problem should download CasinoDeal approved casinos…a constant drumbeat….download and play CD casinos….but, again, nothing seems to get resolved whether it is a CasinoDeal approved casino or not….and, a logical question  continues to rebound in my mind… does downloading and playing only CasinoDeal approved casinos…that constant drumbeat….bring money into the coffers of CD…? And resolving player issues does not….?

 

Shaggy's issues are with CD approved casinos…my issues with Lucky 18 and Cool Cat Casino are not…..it doesn't seem to matter…in both cases, to  my knowledge, there has been no resolution….but there has been the constant admonition to….download and play CasinoDeal casinos…

I am in the same boat every issue I had seemed to get resolved but did not.  Begado still has not refunded my account after over a month.  After depositing a check from grand parker and a check from onbling in my bank account a month ago yesterday my bank informed me that both checks bounced and charged me 50 for each check.  So right now I am out over 2000 dollars.  While the three casinos are still on CD  as  casinos  that alright to play at why?  PLAYERS  BEWARE UNTIL THESE ISSUES ARE RESOLVED I WOULD NOT PLAY AT ANY OF THESES CASINOS.

That is very scary to know. I acknowledge that these casinos have a strong resolve in delaying a withdrawal, but sending bad checks is illegal! I have not won anything recently from Grand Parker or played in OnBling in a while, so this news will help me make future decisions. One would think that in this horrific financial recession that these casinos would be grateful for having a forum that promotes them as "safe" would be very cognizant of the honor, and live up to it knowing that people will throw money into their casino. What I am seeing week after week is a blatant disregard for this honor, and continue to do what they want with the belief that nothing will happen to their reputation. It is really easy for these casinos to follow a few simple rules:

 

1. If you can't pay out don't pay in. "IOW"- don't take a deposit or send free money if you can't pay the withdrawal when a person wins.

2. Consider it an honor to be placed as a "safe" online casino, and live up to that honor

3. Don't whine about all of the problems you have in processing payments to us after the time period you placed has passed. You set the rules and regulations, so do what you have to do in order to abide by them.

4. Do on to others as you would want them to do on to you. (a timely classic…I believe it was written in a book somewhere?)

 

I can't tell you how much it saddens me to see this information written about bouncing checks. I am 100% positiveCool that casinodeal will get to the bottom of this.

got the two checks from my bank one said the account was closed the other said the payment was stopped.  Keep in mind I deposited these checks over a month ago and now there bouncing onbling and grand parker had to know that the checks were going to be bad.

Something you have to keep in mind is that if we remove them from our site what leverage would we have with them to resolve issues?

We are trying our very best to get everything resolved in a respectable time frame so your patience is greatly appreciated .
