Have you made any attempts to contact them and what have they said? We are still waiting for a reply from them and I don't for see this taking much longer to resolve. They are on top of all the issues we've presented to them and some have been resolved already. We know that you've been patient but we are still asking that of you while we get these problems fixed!

no response only way to talk to finance dept is though emails.  Begado after promising to refund my account over 40 days ago has not sent anything.

Sorry shaggy88 we haven't dealt with bad checks or stop payments before but there's always a first and we know it won't be the last time either but we will continue to try and get this resolved on your behalf. So I'm taking that you've sent emails to Grand Parker and they haven't replied back?

I guess it's time that someone asked…we are being advised to play at casinos that are on the CD approved casino list.

 

What is the process that a casino goes through to qualify to be on the CD approved list?

 

In view of the problems that Shaggy is having with these two CD approved casinos it becomes important for a player to know:

 

  • #how is the criteria validated 
  • #the name(s) of those associated with CD who ultimately make the decision to put a casino on the approved list
  • #their credentials
  • #upon CD's inability to exact a resolution what becomes the next action that will be taken by CD
  • #based on a player's decision to play at an approved casino, and his inability to get remuneration from the approved casino, will CD then make the player whole?

Just because you are having an issue with a casino that appears on our site doesn't mean you downloaded it from us. Are we suppose to remove every casino that a player not a member has an issue with…does that make sense? We provide a free service with benefits and we try our hardest to get every problem resolved but being scrutinized is something we will not tolerate. Our goal is to provide a safe environment for all of our community and any player having issues and nowhere on our site does it mention that we will resolve all problems guaranteed!

 

Our management team have been in the industry for many years and they know how casinos operate. We don't give out employee names and do not see the relevance of giving out this information. 

Before we add a casino on our site we do our do diligence on them and once we determine that they are a good casino we ask them to have a rep from their management team available to us in the case we have issues that need to be resolved. So far we have a pretty good record resolving issues and many of our members sure appreciate our services.

I hope this answers all your questions.

I don’t understand this statement! Are you talking about me….or  Shaggy or players in general? How does this statement relate to any part of my post?  I can assure you, I did not download Lucky 18 Casino from your site and I didn’t download Cool Cat Casino from your site nor have I ever implied that I did. This is not about Lucky 18 or Cool Cat, it’s about Onbling  and Belgado…and I don’t know if Shaggy downloaded them from your site….how would I know?

What I do know is that Casino Deal has something to gain by having players download casinos and deposit money in those casinos. That is how gambling portals make their money. So, unless things have changed drastically Casino Deal (and any other gambling portal) while not earning money from players directly, stands to profit from loyal players who elect to download from their site and make deposits. So, while your statement that your service is free is technically correct, and your statement that resolving a problem for a non-member is ‘providing a free service’, your drumbeat of ‘we suggest that you (players) only play casinos that are on our (Casino Deal’s) approved list’, that advice is being given over and over again seemingly, in the hope that a percentage of players deposits will come back to Casino Deal, correct?

So, Casino Deal will not allow themselves to be scrutinized with the same ‘due diligence’ that, hopefully, they use to measure the integrity of the casinos on their approved list? In public circles one might ask…what is it that you do not want to see ‘the light of day’?

I apologize but I fail to see the significance of the above statement? How has ‘knowing how casinos operate’ helped you in the resolution of the Onbling and Belgado issues?

We don't give out employee names and do not see the relevance of giving out this information. 

Transparency is important to most of us in our professional relationships. When someone, or an entity, is not transparent we are invited to wonder what is ‘hidden’, what is behind the veil? To be blunt, …I am not the least bit reluctant to share  information…..if I were involved in a business or an organization…I would be even more up front….but, of course, not everyone feels that way.

Your vehement defense when asked a few innocuous questions is interesting….
