Hi Shaggy88,

 

We are sorry this issue is taking so long to resolve but we want you to know that we are constantly on them.Unfortunately it got dragged to the holiday season so now it's even slower. Last we heard from them is that it was sent to finance for final approval.

 

Once again we know that you have been very patient but we hope that we are at the end of this issue.We will let you know as soon as we hear from them.

Hey Shaggy88,

 

Shawn is on Vacation and will only be back on the 5th of the month….He did tell me to look out for the email from Revenue Jet and told me about the issue you were having with them. We got an email from them and for some reason they decided not to pay.This is what we got from them:

 

We met with the company CFO and what's spoken was this: 

Casino side:

 

The player with the escort service issue (shaggy88) — Finances will not deal with him and the casinos are not paying him anything back–management decision and is final. The player can do whatever he finds right.

 

Affiliate side:  (CD)

remove the warning sign and restore the links to all brands and we can move forward as usual. If we do–all future issues will be reported via email template and documented.

Until either a refund (From the Up Front Fee) or restoration of links occur/warnings removed–we will not deal with inquiries/complaints.

Let us know what you want to do

 

So in other words they are asking us now a refund them on up front fees or to remove the CD Warning and restore the links to all their brands so that we can go as normal.

Shaggy i must say that i'm not the one that normally takes care of these issues so i notified Shawn and he told me that we are not going to operate as normal and that they will be removed as soon as he is back… if not before.

He also told me to notify you that he will be calling you sometime this week and give you more information on what the next steps will be.

I am really sorry to be giving you this bad news

Just wanted to let everyone know grand parker and onbling bounced the checks they sent and  will not repay.  A big thanks to casino deal for trying to to help.  Even though they couldnt get my money I know they treated it like it was there money also.  Thanks and I will get my money either way.
