I have never withdrawn from Grand Parker before, so I expected my money to be wired into my account. Now I submitted a withdrawal on July 31st along with the required identification documents which were approved on Aug 3rd. I was told that it will take 7-10 business days. Today is the 10th business day (17th Aug) and there are no pending wires showing at my bank. I contacted support via chat who referred me to the financial department via email for an update. I sent the financial department (faxback) an email requesting status and their reply was:

Dear Dawyn,

Please be informed that at Grand Parker Casino safety is our top priority. There are security checks running on the accounts of our players by Antifraud Department at the moment. As a result, the withdrawal requests are currently on hold until conclusions are made.

We apologize for the delay and hope for your understanding.

Best regards,

Finance Department

Grand Parker Casino

Now I sent in the documentation and was approved and now my withdrawal is on-hold. I couldn't believe that at the final hour my withdrawal is on hold. THIS IS JUST NOT RIGHT!! I received no request for further documentation prior to this day, and other than showing them the deed to my home, I am on a fraud hold. I was diligent in submitting the requested documentation several times (15 emails) to the financial department after being told that they didn't get the attachments. I thought that was kind of fishy because I always BCC myself, and I got the attachments. Now I sent a follow up email telling them that I would be willing to provide a copy of my bank statement or mortgage statement proving I am who I say I am. I received no reply.

The request withdrawal amount is $650. Is that too much money?

Hey RogerWill in general I agree with you, but in your last post here you said this: "since you didn't join them through us sir, they have all the rights to simply brush us off and tell us to mind our own business" and it really bugs me ! – I`ll detail why:

A casino promoted by Casino Deal CAN NOT tell to Casino Deal to mind it`s own business because a particular player did not joined them via a Casino Deal link. This is BECAUSE Casino Deal in turn CAN TURN OFF ALL BUSINESS with any promoted casino and this is certainly what a casino DOES NOT WANT because they would lose money by turning off a contract with CD !

A casino NOT PROMOTED by Casino Deal, CAN BRUSH you off and tell to mind your own business BECAUSE Casino Deal can NOT do much HARM to THEM since they have no business at all between each other. This is simply how it goes all this thing !

BUT on Casino Deal promoted casinos, Casino Deal CAN and SHOULD put pressure to resolve ALL outstanding player cases !!!

And as a SIDE NOTE, while I agree that all Casino Deal promoted casinos will pay you according to their terms and conditions, without any/many run-arounds if you joined them via a Casino Deal link, (yes Casino Deal is something like a shield in order to avoid many no payment headaches) ANY CASINO (such as WinPalace, JungleSlots, CasinoTitan, GrandParker, OnBling, ClassyCoin, LocoPanda, RomeCasino, DiamondVip, and maybe many others – read other forum complaints) WHICH USUALLY GIVE THE RUN-AROUND TO USERS which are not part of any community forums, ARE GENERALLY NOT REPUTABLE AND NOT TO BE TRUSTED !!! – This been said, I bet that for a $20.000 amount and more where a player is ahead in their group, those not so reputable casinos will do all sort of things to avoid or delay payment even to Casino Deal members with even the risk of losing their CD accreditation and no longer being promoted by CD. For sure time will speak and will show us the whole picture.

For one thing to start with, I am not happy with Grand Parker casino because I am getting a lot of spam emails (2-3 emails on a weekly basis) from them (Grand Parker, Classy Coin, OnBling, Loco Panda) and their affiliates. Casino Deal, please take measures against those who violate my email privacy ! Another thing I do not like is that they require personal details for veryfication process at all casinos in their group where the player have signed up for an account ! – Well this is not normal at all, we should only prove our identity, legal age, home address etc at only one single casino in the group and therfore get verified status for each other accounts and also each time when we register an account in the respective casino group. – This is how it happen at Club World Casinos Group for example and at many other casino groups and sister websites. – Basically what Grand Parker do is to request personal documentation from the player for each registered account in its group. Well is this not right, because what if the group would have 1000 casino properties ? The poor player should submit paper work for each new account he decide to register in this group. On the other, hand if any casino in the group will flag any player as a "risk" they will lock all existing accounts for the player, but then all future accounts which that player may register within the group (with or without knowledge) will accept his deposits but when he will try to cash out, after the veryfication process is made, he will be shown that he had problems in the past and therefore he will get all winings voided. (maybe along with all his deposits too) – Well, if the player would be auto verified upon each account registration on his old documentation he sent at any other casino in the group, then all this problems would be avoided and his account instantly blocked if he was flagged. This is how a reputable group works.

And on the other hand, if the player is clean and had no problems he should get his money faster without any new paper work !

Hi PlayHunter,

In the online casino industry, when a player joins a online casino by himself, they are fully aware that he is a simple individual up against a whole casino so he has very little power and word against him. As to opposed if he joined a online casino through us, the player now has a tag attached to his name that he is a CasinoDeal player, therefore, online casinos know from the start that you are part of our community and treat you with VIP service from the very beginning.

Now to refer back to the issue above, since tomrago didn't join Grand Parker Casino through us, he doesn't have the CD stamp on his name. Therefore, getting his money is a little bit harder because he is not part of our community to the eyes of the online casino. We didn't say that getting his money is impossible, it is simply harder. Nevertheless, we will try our hardest to get the issue resolved.

Additionally, removing Grand Parker Casino from our promoted list because they didn't resolve an issue for a player that doesn't carry the CD tag would be unfair because they have resolved issues in the past for players that did carry our tag. Now it isn't because you do not have our tag that you will be ignored. As mentioned, we will try our very hardest to get this issue resolved in timely fashion.

I would like to personally thank you PlayHunter because you help shed  a lot of light on issues and concerns that most of our members probably think of but never mind to ask. You are a very cherished member and we are happy to have you amongst our community!

Playhunter dropped a lot of knowledge on this matter. While it is agreeable that CD cannot drop their tag on GrandParker base on my matter, in the long run it will ultimately hurt GrandParker. I know for a fact that in having this experience right now will make me avoid depositing money to their casino in the future.

It is a huge deal that casinos like GrandParker, and others like them are willing to take a deposit in a matter of seconds, but take months to process a withdrawal is simply bad business period. No matter what excuse they provide it is still bad business. I belong to other gambler blogs, and the same excuses are consistent especially with GrandParker. CD tag or not, if GrandParker does not release the money in their established timeframe (7 to 10 business days), then they are no longer trustworthy. 7 to 10 business days are more than enough time to properly identify their customers especially when they are signed up at sister sites.

And for general purposes if a credit deposit or any other form of deposit is made to a casino successfully by that person then that person should be able to successfully withdraw. Why do the casinos call you initially via telephone to go through the verification steps? I know for a fact that with all of the precautions taken to verify the depositor you would think that it be more than sufficient proof when they go to get their winnings.

So trust me when I say that in the end this problem will be spread all over the net, and GrandParker will eventually lose their CD tag, maybe not this time, but they will soon enough.

Best Regards,

Thank you Casino Deal (CD) for contacting me yesterday regarding this complaint. I am very pleased that there may be a positive ending to this. As of this morning I have not received any communications from GrandParker, but I still have hope that they will do what they said they would.

I am very thankful to CD for focusing so much attention to my complaint, and I continue to be a appreciative customer.

Best Regards,

Hey Steve and/or RogerWill please ask Grand Parker (group) when they have started this Anti Fraud security checks and how long it can/will last ? (request them to give you an exact date and a maximum time frame for this ! and post it here)

From what I understand, this anti-fraud verification process is applied to anyone no matter if the player is already (fully) verified or not, and no matter if the player have had successful previous withdrawals or not. Basically they CAN NOT PAY anyone now !

By the way, do they have any representant here in this CasinoDeal community ? (they should hire someone for this purpose)

I am making this update because I have read an article on GamblinGrumbles about OnBling Casino (part of Grand   Parker group of casinos) and they behaved exactly the same: unresponsiveness and then they have invoked this Security Checkings from their Anti-Fraud department. It seems that this issue lasts at least since 15 July 2023 in the whole Grand Parker Group. It seems that no players can be paid currently, BUT meanwhile they do accept deposits from all of their players ! This may be very well ground for a fraud stunt on their side: they lock all withdrawals for a few months while they take as many deposits as they can, and then they go and dissappear in night. I am not saying that this is certainly their objective, but since they are not able to pay out as they should, they should also not accept deposits until they fix their pay out problems ! ALSO, this no pay out policy of their for such a long period of time it may as well be the sign of some really big cashflow problems and then preceding to closure.
