Hello,
I've been trying to cash out at WinPalace Casino and I've been very patient with them. I attempted to cash out $2000 on 23dec 2023. On 2 Jan I received $600. When I questioned the staff about this they said that's it's their right to pay me whatever they wanted to.  They advised me to submit another withdrawal. So on 2 Jan I requested $1000, I haven't received any money yet however it has been processed for $500. So it's been 21 days and I've only had processed $1100 out of $2000 and only received $600 of that money.
Now they claim that it can take up to 10 business days. It's been 21 days now. Can you help me with that?

No I did not join through your website. I joined them prior. I have not deposited any money with them since joining. Also I probably won't ever deposit at that casino again.

This is getting very frustrating.Yell Today is 13 Jan and I havent heard a word from WinPalace. Can someone please tell me what the confusion is?  Why havent I been paid? Why hasen't WinPalace attempted to pay me out?

Time will tell. On my account at  WinPalace its says wire transfer approved on 10 Jan. Still waiting on that money. Today is says wire transfer approved for another withdrawl. Now I am patient but again today is 17 Jan and I have only recieved $600 out of $2000, that I requested on 23 Dec. Sounds like someone is being dishonest or confused. I was supposed to recieve a wire transfer on 10 Jan for $500, and again still waiting on that one. I appreciate all your help, but only time will tell if someone is telling you the truth.

Still no more money. Rick is saying that accounting verified that it has been transfered into my account. Again I only recieved $600 of $2000. Its says in my WinPalace account that a wire transfer was on 10 Jan. Still nothing and nothing pending to my bank. Sounds like someone is not being truthfull.YellYellYell
