The title is maybe a bit louder than it should be, but what they did to me is just TOO BLATANT plain $$$ money stealing:

 

Registered my account, (username: CoolStory) sent them my documents prior to my deposit and they said they need at least one deposit from me in order for them to approve my documents. OK on 6 March, I then deposited with my Neteller account.

 

Redeemed my welcome Deposit Bonus and went straight to their slot games. When I was down to a very low amount I`ve got disconnected and could not re-log in. I went to their Live Chat to inquire about the problem and the girl there told me that my account got blocked cause they dont accept plays from my area, and that I`ll receive a refund to NETeller in 7 days. 

 

Their T&C dont allow players from my country to receive No Deposit Bonuses, but they do not specify anything that players from my country are not allowed for Deposit Bonuses or from playing in their casino, and more than that, when I have signed up and registered my account I could easily select my country from their country list, which imply that my country is allowed to play. – When I did asked her to provide me with a LINK where she can prove her statement she failed to do so.

 

I have not received my refund until 28 March 2023, and at that date I have contacted them again via Live Chat to inquire my refund. The girl there said that they will NOT process the refund to me because I have deposited with NETeller ! – I can not understand this: – firstly they said I will receive a refund of my deposit via NETeller (which is a valid deposit and cash out method in their cashier) in a max 7 business days, and after a month they tell me that they will NOT process my refund because I have deposited with NETeller ! – I have also not received any other details, not before 28 March and not after that date, even if the girl on the live chat said that I will receive further information/instructions regarding my deposit refund.  CD, help me fight this fraudulent casino !

 

This is my story with Jackpot Grand Casino. PURE STEAL ! And all for $21 USD ! What casino is this ?? – Please BAN them !!

OK, more than one week passed. – What is the progress on this task Casino Deal ? – Is Jackpot Grand Casino unresponsive ?

 

My recent diggings shows that Jackpot Grand is part of the problematic Affactive group !!! (I have checked Affactive website)

 

In this case they SHOULD REJECT my deposit, because I am banned from playing in all existent (& future) Affactive casinos.

 

But I remind you people, I have asked them before to register my account with them if they are part or if they share player details with Affactive group because in this case I will not play at Jackpot Grand since I am banned for all Affactive casinos !

 

Also note that I have SENT MY DOCUMENTS two days before doing my Neteller deposit, and THEY SAID that they have NO TIES with Affactive Group and that they are not part of it. They also said that I need to deposit in order for them to verify and approve my documents ! – And after they fooled me to make the deposit they lock my account and do not return my deposit !

Whitney : Constantin I don't have that information, that is why, like I told you before, I'll contact our finance department for you, and I'll ask them to get back to you with an explanation regarding this matter  

CoolStory : – NOTE that your colegue Britney told me that I WILL receive the refund TO MY NETELLER ACCOUNT in 7 business days! (this was on 6 March 2023)

CoolStory : This is unacceptable.

Whitney : I understand, and I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, the finance department will contact you with an explanation

Two months passed and have heard no word, neither from Casino Deal personnel, nor from Jackpot Grand, nor seen any $$$ !

 

I REMIND to all the readers that I have DOWNLOADED Jackpot Grand from CASINO DEAL and deposited my own money in it.

Andrew, about Jackpot Grand issue all I can say is: 2 months already passed and counting. They used same lie 2 months ago.

 

Yes, CD services are FREE, but so are OTHER forums too. My accounts do not wear other forums tag, but CD community tag !

 

All I can say is that from Casino Deal I have signed up at 5 total casinos, and had problems with 4 of them. DISAPPOINTING.
