Thank you, Shaggy—I would still like to know if anyone is able to access Cool Cat Casino….my reason for asking? I can no longer access either Lucky 18 or Cool Cat and both of them owe me money.

I am curious to know whether everyone is having the same problem (access) or:

 

Is it my security software?

 

Is it the browser I am now using?

 

Or something else?

 

If someone could try to access Cool Cat Casino and they too were unable to gain access…I would know that the problem is not unique to me….Thanks

Hey garyz we just spoke to Coolcat casino and they say that you attempted to log in on Dec 3rd and they don't know why you were unable to log in but everything is fine now and you should have no problem logging into your Coolcat account and if you do they say for you to contact them ASAP!

Thank you, Steve…since I have tried to login many times without success I don't expect to be able to do so this time either….I cannot login to Lucky 18 and I encounter the exact same sequence of events with Lucky 18 as I do with Cool Cat….if I am able to login (haven't tried as yet) I will let you know immediately…

Regardless if it's your software you should contact Coolcat if your still unable to log in to get the problem resolved! Please let us know if they resolved your log in issue.

Spent about 45 minutes with Cool Cat support…they were unable to resolve the issue…still cannot access the casino….

After 45 minutes…they determined that the problem is unrelated to their software….and wished me luck….

The security (firewall and antivirus) say that it isn't their issue…the casino says that it isn't their issue….it began when I purchased STOPzilla an antivirus program that I believe is the culprit…they say 'not'…..and the mystery continues…I am only frustrated by being denied access to these two RTG casinos…..both of them owe me money….
