I recently requested a withdrawal from Coolcat casino on Dec 19 2023. I was then told It was authorized on Jan 2 2023. I was then informed it was sent for payment on Jan 18. I called today and they told me there was no way to tell me when they would pay me. She even told me it could take a couple more months and if I wanted to get pissed to go ahead and get pissed. I should have known not to play at Coolcat because a few years back they did the same thing and I never got paid. My username is jdanella800. If there is something Casino deal can do,I would appreciate it.

very nice job Andrew!!  Anyone that can get a dime out of these guys (or the whole Virtual group in general) has achieved super hero status with me (for what that's worth HAHA!).  Hard to believe this bunch is still around with virtually everyone in the online gaming scene is on to their game.  Kudos to you sir!!
