I been playing a lot in the slots jungle casino, then i stopped playing  for while, the casino and the manager (Julia)

kept sending me emails to go back and also sent me a basket of cookies, then i decided to go and play again with them.

In my second deposit of $100 after i lost the first one, I was lucky finishing my play through and had a net withdraw of $1900, then i requested a withdraw, at that point i did request the all $1900, after 5 days i saw that they had approved only $500 to pay and they kick back the $1400 to my balance.

I called Julia my VIP manager, reminding her that was one of the main reasons why i quite playing in that casino for a long time, since this happened before also when i used to play with them before they brake the payment to equal $500 payments.

Which it means that every time they send me a check for $500, i have to take the day off from work so i do not miss the FedEx Guy, when i asked them at that time they told me since this my first time wining , the casino system is to pay $500 check at the time, but in the future it will not be a problem as far it is less than $3000 as the web site indicated for max cash out up to $3000.

Anyway , this time it should be my second time wining ($1900), so i expected to get pay the all $1900 according to their first story, BUT ha ha ha, again they approved only $500 out of the $1900 and they put back $1400 to my balance, I started getting very upset,I called Julia who tried to make me go back and play in that casino again, telling her that this isn't right, and that mean i have to take again 4days off from work to wait every time for the FedEx guy that is a (PS).

But nothing happened, and i been getting a check for $500 every time , at one point when it was remaining bal to be paid for $300 after i used $100 to play with it, I got to the point that i wanted to play the all remaining $300 and get it over with, taking a one for good decision not play any more in that casino.

After that i had a comp points bal about $30, i wanted to redeem it, i tried to do so BUT i could not, I asked why i not able to redeem my comp points, those points I earned them through my deposits and playing, I should be and entitle to use without any help, BUT the answer was from Julia and other CS. is a higher manager has to authorize this points, and in order to do so i have to write an email to the finance department requesting to redeem my comp points, and it should take them about 10 days to get back to me.

It is kind of run around and no sense, and this in addition that in the future i can not get also any bonus , knowing the fact that the deposits i did in that casino is about $4000, and also the net wining is almost the same, and also i had referred my mom to play in that casino also.

I hope that i was able to explain and tell the players in casino deal site about my experience in slot jungle , so every one can think if he want to play in that casino or not.
