just received a call from my bank and my check from onbling bounced and now I am being charged for a bad check.  I had  a previous check form onbling that went through.  Any ideas on what I should do?

I would like to start by welcoming you to our community…Cool  Regarding your issue with OnBling Casino, you should first notify them that their check bounced and see how they handle the issue. I'm sure that it was an error on their part and hopefully  they will cover the NSF charges…. If you have already notified them and they are not complying please let us know and we will contact them on your behalf.

thanks for the reply.  Onbling got back to me saying it was my banks fault and there investigation is going to take a long time.  That is not great customer service and the run around I am getting with this casino is beyond ridiculous.  please help

Hello Mooseduck,

They are verifying the fact that your check bounced and believe me it won't take long so as soon as the investigation is done they will send you a money transfer directly to your account and cover any fees you incurred but may I ask did you join them through us?

it has been over 2 weeks since my check bounced with onbling.  In fact I received an email 5 days ago that they admitted it might of been there bank that was the problem but they still have not taken care of the problem and they will not even respond to me about a timeline to make this right.  I did not sign up with them through this site but I wish I would have.  this is getting ridiculous

We spoke with them and they said that they have sent you your money along with the additional fees you incurred during this situation. Please let us know know once you've received your funds and remember to frequent casinos featured on our site so you don't run into a situation like this again!
