I admit to being a bit confused..Shaggy, you posted the following earlier:

 

Onbling and Begado casinos and me have fixed the issues that I have posted about.

 

Were the problems fixed or were they not fixed…and are these (Belgado and Onbling) casinos that fall

under the CasinoDeal umbrella….?

I believe what we have here are incredibly well meaning folks….but through no

fault of their own….the waters are tepid….and the muscle is wanting…as someone earlier said…there is

almost nothing they can do without cooperation from the offending casinos…and, logically, why would

a dishonest casino cooperate?

 

Apparently, the objective is to continually admonish players to 'only' play at casinos that fall under

the protective umbrella of CasinoDeal…simply good business on their part…

Hey garyz as shaggy stated in his earlier post that it was a mis-understanding and everything is resolved. As far as dishonest casinos go they do sometimes co-operate because they would like to show that they are actually trying to turn their reputation around and other times new management takes over and tries to regain their respect. The ones that don't comply then we make the community know of them and hopefully all members stay away, in a perfect world that would happen but this world is far from perfect!

 

We are simply trying to provide a safe a fun environment for our community and reward them at the same time!

I was under the understanding that since my account was closed at begado that my deposits where refunded.  Casino deal stated on the blog that it would take 7- 10 days to get them.  For me that meant the issues where resolved but I have still not gotten those deposits I was promised back.  So no the problem is still ongoing.

Hello shaggy88 we are still waiting for their reply because they are having a hard time accessing their own software. Numerous players have been complaining about not being able to log in to their accounts lately and until they get this software problem resolved there's really nothing they could tell us!
