Thank you Miss Malci, you are very sharp and I am happy with the responses I have got from you.

Still, I have one more thing to ask you: – Lets just say I will join Rich Casino via CasinoDeal. I do my first deposit,  then I send in my personal Documents scanned copies and Security Department confirms the approval of these documents. Then I win and then I request a full balance payout which will be in the amount of $500. Then, say I wait 12 business days and the money have not hit my pocket. At this point I place a complaint on Casino Deal forum about my problem and in the same day I also write to the casino support department (and live chat) that I will apply for a chargeback if and ONLY IF I will not be able to receive my withdrawal in the next two full weeks, because I consider this extra time frame more than enough to settle the matter in some amiable manner, no matter what I am advised on the forum(s), if I get no money after this extra time frame, I am going to do the chargeback ! - OK, lets just say this extra time frame has passed and I have got no money from Rich Casino after one full month of waiting my money. At this point, I call my bank, and I DO the chargeback.

Just to be clear, this is just a theoretical scenario, and it never happened to me at any casino I have played. (and hopefully it will never happen) – But anyway, I have described this scenarios so I can be able to ask you what will happen in this case:

1. After my chargeback I will be blacklisted at all the other gambling websites promoted by Revenue Jet or not ?

2. At what other casinos (not promoted by Revenue Jet) I might be blacklisted as a consequence of my chargeback ?

3. As a human, do you consider my chargeback warning a threat, and my chargeback act a fraud, OR a fair move ?

4. If you consider it a fair move as a last resort of a honest man, do you think the casino still owes me the rest of the $ ?

This been said, I think that Jetam2`s chargeback was too early and done without a good plan as I described above.

Sure, I'm supposed to wait another 12 days for the money I won. Then, RichCasino finds another excuse not to send it, then its 25 days, and so on. When does it end?

They authorized and charged my credit card within a matter of days. The casino wants and gets their money. But, when I ask for what I rightfully consider my money, RichCasino is allowed to write bad checks and give me the run without any consequence. I followed their policy, waited the 72 hour period required to process withdrawals. Then, they finally process the withdrawal after having to fiercely pursue what I consider to be my own money. The check won't clear – the teller informs me there is no money in the account and then the casino stops payment on a check with no money in the account for it to clear in an elaborate attempt to avoid liability for the debt, they call me a chargeback thief.

This website, which is supposed to advocate for the player who was defrauded, essentially praises this fraudulent casino for providing a bunch of bs excuses for eluding payment of $3,500.00, and also knowing there were a myriad of former complaints of fraud against this casino. That's superb, keep up the good work.

This website, much like RichCasino, isn't worth a squat of piss. You're all in bed together. Fucking idiots, that's what you are.

Thank you PlayHunter for your kind words, and I apologize for the delay in my reply as I was traveling. Cool

I must start first and say below is my personal opinion and shall not be considered as an advice on how consumer or players shall behave with their bank as to payment transactions/ chargeback/ refund etc.

In general, my opinion about chargeback is that unless it was following a fraudulent activity (credit card stolen. Identity thefts etc) it shall be avoided at all costs.

Following your hypothetical scenario; chargeback as a result of delay in payment, I wouldn’t consider to be excusable. In case of a delay I would suggest before anything else; communicate with the site.  And I don’t refer only to gaming sites, but as a general rule for any purchase you make online.

Unfortunately there are several things that can be out of control that may cause a delay, such as tech or human error internally or via a third party. In case you do not receive any response by the site, then I suggest contacting public forums via private message.  Those forums like Casino Deal for example, usually have a very good connection to those sites and they can get faster reply. The forum’s admins may be able to get the issue solved even before the issue goes public. I personally prefer to assist whoever is trying to contact the site first and only then come to me and those who address issues privately before posting on forums. I find it to be the fair thing to do and seems as issues are solved faster this way.

For your questions:

1. After my chargeback I will be blacklisted at all the other gambling websites promoted by Revenue Jet or not ?  We are Revenue Giants if you made a chargeback in one of the sites promoted on Revenue Giants it does not mean you are black listed on all sites promoted on Revenue Giants (but its very likely). You will, however be black listed on the network of the same site you played at.

2. At what other casinos (not promoted by Revenue Jet) I might be blacklisted as a consequence of my chargeback ?  (Revenue Giants dear, not Jet) At any network of sites related to the same site you made a chargeback with, and most likely you will be black listed on third parties such as: the site’s software, payment providers and any other fraud tool. Therefore, you are risking potentially being black listed on any online gambling site.

3. As a human, do you consider my chargeback warning a threat, and my chargeback act a fraud, OR a fair move ?  Personally, I think that any threat shall be taking seriously, you can express your concern but threatening to do a chargeback wont do any good to you, on the contrary.

4. If you consider it a fair move as a last resort of a honest man, do you think the casino still owes me the rest of the $ ?  I don’t consider it as a fair move, unless as I mentioned was due to a fraud (credit card, identity thefts etc) if you got to a point you made the chargeback for any other reason then you lose all your rights with any site. Will be easier to “fight” a site for your winning if you don’t make a chargeback, if you do, you shall not expect anything in return as it will always considered an act of fraud.
