Avoid these places like the plague, they screwed me out of thousands of dollars, by their determination to be exact, 30,000. I hit the jackpot 2x inside of a month, they said they would investigate. Came back, said they had no record of it. Took them amonth to come to this conclusion, then they fired my acct. manager, and banned me from the casino. Then Noah Williams took over my acct, because I complained about the 2nd jackpot, he investigated, took forever, finally told me they had no record of that one either, then said I could complain to all on line forums and it would'nt matter because I have no proof, then he added HA HA. Stay away from these places

Hello Estanzia,

 

This is simply a lie, I'm sorry but it has to be said. I have never, in my whole life, added 'HA HA' to a player. Any who have dealt with me would know that.

You said you won. There was no record of that. We have players every day swearing they won, but its wishful thinking. Just because the winning symbol flashes before the spin stops, doesn't mean that is the final outcome. I took a lot of time investigating this from every which way for you. But no result but the one you wanted would have sufficed. Nothing I can do about that. But at least don't add lies like 'HA HA'. What is that? Dramatization?

this is exactly what I expected from Noah, I know what I hit, it was on witches cauldron, and I got the yrue beauty in the bonus game, I hit it on June 13th and again on july 11th so he is a flat out LIAR there that had to be said

thanks roger, I just want people to know what a sleazy operation these places truly are, and since they cost me a lot of money, I'm just hoping I can do the same for them. It's a shame that you put your trust in someone by depositing money in their organization and in return they lie to you and cheat you out of money you legitimatley won. Thanks for letting me vent. And everyone be aware, they will steal your winnings. No trust involved here.
