Stay far away from this casino, I won a slot tournament, and eventually cashed out $1700, I have been waiting for 9 months now, they have every excuse why they haven't paid.  They claim the money they were paying me and other withdrawals was confiscated by the Bank of America because they found out it was from a casino.  So Rushmore says that they consider me paid because they sent the money to the bank to be dispersed.  Well what a coincidence I have received winnings from other casinos by check and guess what the checks were from Bank of America.  Apparently, they have done this to alot of other winners, if you look at their facebook page.  They have no intentions of payment, especially if you won the money without making a deposit. SCAM SCAM

Here is the what the manager told me:

Thank you for your email. The reason Bank of America held these funds is because they found out it was used for gambling purposes, at this point they will not release any funds. We have found alternative solutions for future withdrawals but are unable to double pay your winnings. If you have not already, please contact customer support and they will be able to credit your account with your last deposit.

We apologize again for this inconvenience.

Thank you sosadeb for sharing your experience with the community, unfortunately Rushmore is concidered to be a "ROGUE" casino and if you look at the complaints pertaining to them in our forum you will see that they just seem to give everyone the run around including us on a couple of occasions!
