Back in early March 2023, I cashed out for $400.00.  They deducted $50.00 for processing, but the money sat for a few weeks in processing.

When I contacted the casino to see why my moeny hadn't been processed, they said they were backed-up and would make my withdraw a priority.

That was 5 months ago.

Since then, they changed their processing fee to $100.00 and changed my initial processing fee.

I chatted daily with the casino reps about my withdraw just sitting there.  I had been given several different stories as to why, but the end result was always the same.  It just sat there.

Then one day my money was just GONE.  No longer in processing and not in my account.  I reached live chat and they told me that they didn't have any record of me even winning.  I was livid to say the least, and within a few days my money was back in my casino account.

I had to do the entire withdraw process all over again.  This way it made it look like I had just had a cashin.  The money once again just sat and still sits in processing.

They won't let me talk to management and when I call the casino, there is never anyone there that can assist me.

I gave up hoping that one day my money would be in my bank account.

PLEASE, DO NOT PLAY AT SLOTS INFERNO OR ANY OF THE 5 SISTER CASINOS.  I will try to get all the names of their sister casinos or maybe someone else can publish that information here.

 

Sure, it was only A few hundred bucks.  I am thankful however it wasn't more.

One of our representatives got in touch with the customer service of Slots Inferno and I don't even know where to begin. Their personnel is very unprofessional to say the least. When we first asked to speak to a manager, they proclaimed there wasn't any present at the moment. Once we finished introducing ourselves, we were put on hold to later be told that he was "busy". We were given run-arounds on top of more run-arounds and had a first hand experience of what they put you through during those 5 months.

 

After we made it very clear to them who we were and what we do, all of a sudden, everybody was present in the office but couldn't come to the phone. We were then asked to send in an email to the finance department and we would get an answer back. Pretty pathetic way to resolve an issue if you ask me.

 

In conclusion, we strongly recommend that all of CD's members stay far away from Slots Inferno and their sister casinos. You will find a complete list below of all of their sister casinos which you should also avoid at all costs.

Thanks so much for taking the time to try to resolve my issue with SLOTS INFERNO.  

 

Yes, I know what is it like to have nobody ever available to speak with.  I have been placed on hold for up to 45 minutes, then disconnected with no assistance.

 

My gawd I think of the money I pumped into that casino.  It is painful to say the least.  But now not only do I KNOW not to ever deposit or play there, but now everyone here does as well.

Speaking to them was completely ridiculous, the guy on the other side of the phone didn't have a single clue of what he said. He literally put us on hold 5x to go speak to his superiors but then again, he insisted that there was nobody there. Pretty pathetic isn't it …..?

 

I find it quite sad that after all the money you have deposited at that online casino, they are giving you a hard time and run-arounds for $400. Once more, quite pathetic!

 won $150 at Slotsinferno at the end of January 2023. Until 22nd February I sent back all the necessary documents (faxback, copy of ID card, address card, credit card), but until end of March I always have been told, there's a problem with my documents, like 'The email I sent had no attachments', or 'We can not open the files you sent'. In April they told me, there was a technical problem with their system, that's why they cancelled my withdrawal request.
After the 20th chat with support, the 21st could not happen because the computer signed me system errors, if like my account have been cancelled. I opened a new account to be able to chat with support at all to ask why they are not sending me my winning. With this account I didn't use any bonus and didn't use to play with it, I only wanted to chat.
After 4 days I got an email that my withdrawal request have been approved and they have withdrawn my money to my Click2Pay account. After 4 days it was suspicious that the money doesn't arrive, because it should have arrive within 36 hours.
At the next chat I have been told that I offended the terms and conditions and my withdrawal request have been cancelled. Today I'm gonna make a report to Visa, MasterCard and Click2Pay.
The chat support will be reported because of continous lieing and hoaxing. All chatting and emails of ours have been saved to my PC.
Is there anyone who can help me about it?

This player breached rule #13 in the terms:
 
Prior to withdrawing any no-deposit bonuses, a player must make at least one real money deposit. Failure to do so prior to requesting a withdrawal will result in forfeiture of all winnings.

This player just received a $100 free sign on bonus. He did not make any deposits. Once he met the playthrough on this bonus he proceeded to request a $200 withdrawal, but never made any deposit.
 
The withdrawal request was then declined due to this breach, and the funds were returned to his balance. He then played the funds and lost them.
