Just to be clear, from my knowledge, ALL "TOP GAME" powered casinos (and Topaze is one of them) have buried somwhere in their Terms & Conditions that all withdrawals payout time frame is between 15 up to 18 business days after documents approval.

I have sent you an email with basic information about the withdrawal and my documentation being sent. Since I did not hear directly from the Rome casino or Topaze servers I cannot send you my personal information for obvious reasons. I do hope you may be able to get my funds expedited through an avenue not taken by CD. I will be grateful for any assistance.

Noah- Yes thank you I saw it, and am working on it.

CD- Is there a way for you to tell me if I have entered a deposit for Topaze Casino? If not then I have not met the requirements for withdrawal. I have to deposit a minimum amount before I can make a withdraw request. Since I enter all of my deposits with you, and sometimes get no deposit confirmation emails from the casinos, I needed to ask you.

dawynsmith , if you can count down the time frame again you will reach the conclusion wich I have posted previously in this thread in post no. 4 in that all Top Game powered casinos payout time frame is 15-18 business days after documents approval! 

You put your withdrawal request on 19 November, your documents were approved on 21 November, an then count the all calendaristic days excluding each Saturday and Sunday. You will see that you was paid in 16-17 business days as per their terms. You can try any other Top Game powered casino, you will see that their payout time frame will not be shorter !

- Now my question to you is this: – You will ever play again at any Top Game powered casino in the future ? (me, not) 

I am really unable to understand why they are not able to pay in 2-3 business days so they can gain loads of loyal customers!
