While I was playing at Casino Prive, I was contacted by the online support with a bonus offer.  This is not unusual, but generally, they do not bother the players while playing, which I like.

 

However, this one time, I was contacted and the offer made was that if I deposited $25, then they would give me a bonus which would let me play with $125.  This was a good offer for me, but since I still had money in my account, I did not want it at that moment.

 

The Support person repeated the offer.  I told her that I would play out my money then deposit.  She then replied that she was sorry, but the promotion was no longer valid.  When I replied that she could not make me an offer then take it back, the response I got from her was disturbing to me. 

 

She said "Sure I can.  It is just shitty".

 

This is not the type of response I would expect.  If a bonus offer is made to a player, then the offer should be followed through.

 

She then went on to say that since I was leaving, I should sign back on and she would give me a good bonus.  I never said that I was leaving, just that I would play out what balance I had, and that upset me.

 

Generally, I have not had any bad experiences at this casino, but this one threw me and made me wonder about their practices.

 

I must admit, that the next time I was playing there, the same offer was made to me and I did get it without any hassels.

This kind of poor service should be revealed to the public because it is unacceptable! 

We have forwarded your complaint to the casino is our representatives are looking into this matter as we speak.

Getting "Sure I can. It is just shitty" as a reply is completely unethical unprofessional. And yes, whenever a online casino gives you a bonus offer, they shouldn't take it away if you wish to use it in a bit of time.
