You will rarely see the CasinoDeal staff place a complaint on online casinos but this passed all boundaries!

 

2 weeks before Christmas, we received a phone call from one of our users asking us to try and help him resolve an issue they encountered with CherryRed Casino. Even though he didn't join through us and CherryRed Casino isn't promoted by us, we took the decision to try and resolve the issue in hand.

 

So first things first, we got in touch with the online casino and spoke to Shane who told us he was the casino supervisor. He proclaimed that there was problems with the processors and that it should be fixed shortly. We called back a day or two later to see what had happened and then spoke to Nick, the casino manager and he said that new processors had been used to transfer the money and that the payment has been sent. A few days later we contacted Nick once more and he told us another issue arose with the processors and that he would send out a check ASAP to the player.

 

We then contacted the customer support and fell on Adam who asked us that he needed us to confirm the players address, which we did, in order for him to send him the check. He then said that everything was in order and that he would proceed at sending this information to the finance department and that the player would receive his funds before the holidays. Obviously the player never received his money.

 

Following these events we contacted them once more and fell on Sally to who we asked to speak to Nick or Shane who have all of a sudden disappeared from the face of the earth. From that point on they became unreachable and were never in the office.

 

We then got transferred to Malcolm who said that he couldn't speak to us about this issue anymore. Then came along Charlie, probably the rudest and most unprofessional personnel we have ever spoke to. He asked us to stop wasting his time because we aren't players and we shouldn't get involved in this. That goes to show how unprofessional and unethical this online casino really is.

 

Bottom line is that they will never pay their players and will give any and every gibberish excuse possible in order for them to keep their bank roll up. Players shouldn't play at CherryRed Casino because there is pretty much no point you will most probably never get your funds even if you do win.

 

AVOID CHERRY-RED CASINO !

 

This is the perfect example of why we recommend you join online casinos through CasinoDeal because all of this wouldn't have happened if this was one of CD's player playing at a CD approved online casino.

Why am I not surprised about all this. I once played there, not that I had any significant problem but the customer service was truly horrible and the staff was indeed extremely rude and the withdrawal processes are SO slow. The whole process took me close to a month and the whole deal was of a lousy $400!

Even when they tried giving me a bonus, they made it seem as if I was never going to find a better offer elsewhere and that the offer was a "now or never" promotion. Way to treat your players douchebags !

 

This online casino really stinks and will do nothing but deceive you, do yourself a favor and keep away from it.

I have to agree with everything said. I made a withdrawal on Nov.23 for 700.00 and another on Dec.16 for 2000.00 and I have not received any of my winnings. I speak to the same people you have mentioned basically every day and all I get is the runaround. "we have a new processor, it will be there by the end of the week, I assure you it was processed and on its way, maybe it is still being converted from euros to dollars etc. etc." I have been a vip member here for years but I only withdrew money once and it was mailed to me within 2 weeks but that was a couple years ago. I'm not sure what has happened between then and now but I'm telling you to save yourself alot of frustration and headaches and do not use this site. I have been in contact with them damn near every day trying to get my money and I will keep stalking them until I do. This is completely unfair and just wrong. I think they should be fined or shut down.

Guys, BIG BIG BIG SURPRISE, please check this out

Please , it is a warning , If you have read my issue with slots oasis casino, and you read that post you will notice if you are smart enough something here which is :

The same names in CS at SLOTS OASIS CASINO ( sally, nick, adam, charlie, malakon, ….. ) are the same ecxact names in CS at CHERRY RED CASINO!!!!!!!!

Also the same issue and the same exact story happened in CHERRY RED , IS THE SAME THING HAPPENING WITH ME AT SLOTS OASIS CASINO.

 

Please try to connect the dotes , you will see that it been running with the same staff, and the same scenario!!!!

Typically the same , please every be alert.

I felt that i should get your attention to such thing, so all of the players should know about it.

They are now allowing credit back to your credit/debit card as a method of withdrawal. but this does nothing to help those of us waiting for payment since the beginning of Dec, 2023.

 

I have posted to another thread on this topic.

 

Anything Casinodeal can do to put pressure on them is greatly appreciated. If you call rushmore casino, ask to speak with Oscar or Thomas as they are real people I have spoke to on the phone recently and they have actually phoned me. they are not happy with how players are being treated and their last update with me was they have a new processor who is in the process or "testing" their ability to pay wires.  (sounds ridiculous to me) and I have been in business in the U.S. for over 35 years and accept MC and VISA.

 

p.s. Oscar and Thomas are in the VIP Support department
