Hello,

I won 1000.00 at the Mona Casino.  Got all the paper work in on the 17 of June, was then told it would take up to 18 days to receive my WINNINGS !  I still haven't got them yet !  It's being wired into my account to Boot, so why is this taking soooo long ?   Really…  It took 3 seconds for the Casino to receive my deposit.  It shouldn't take this long for my withdrawal.  I need it !  I won it !  and I want it !

Yeah, 18 BUSINESS days to receive even the minimum whithrawal ! – And is well within their rights, because it is written in their Terms and Conditions which you previously signed. From what I know this stupid term is present in absolutely ALL casinos which are running on Top Game platform. — By the way, please tell us on what date have you received your money ?
