Today I want to share my experience I had with Affactive Group, respectively WinPalace casino where all started.

 

The story starts ago few years (2 I think) when I have signed up with WinPalace casino. I did not played a long while there and I did forgot my account details. To fix this problem, I have inquired on their live chat for my lost account details. They were unable to find my forgotten account details, and then advised me to sign up for a new account, which I complied. The same thing has happened only once or maybe two times. For the last time I have as proof a chat log copy of when I have registered my last account with them on 8 July 2023, on their advice. 

 

At that time I WAS OFFERED A FREE BONUS WHICH I DID NOT TAKEN !!! 

 

Because all that scenario with me being FORCED to open duplicates accounts at WinPalace I have become a bit concerned, and after that incident, I have inquired on the live chat of each casino WinPalace, CasinoJungle and Golden Cherry if they are part of any casino group (at that time I was not aware that they were Affactive casinos) and I was told that they have no ties with one another and that they are stand alone casinos.

 

Hoewer I become suspicious about WinPalace and I have never deposited there. BUT I have deposited 200$ at SlotsJungle and 100$ at Golden Cherry, at both WITHOUT TAKING THE FIRST DEPOSIT MATCH BONUS. All of my deposited money were ultimately lost, but when I have sent them my documents for verification purpose they have suddenly banned all my accounts in Affactive and accused me of FRAUD, MULTI-ACCOUNTS and BONUS ABUSE !

 

Also, all this time since I have registered my first account with WinPalace all of my email addresses are hammered by their SPAM affiliates, and this CONTINUES even as we speak now, after I got all of my accounts banned in their group and even if I have contacted Mr. Daniel (Affactive representant) to rectify this unpleasant problem, providing him with all of my email addresses. He did indeed promised me to fix the issue, but it has proved to be empty words since months are passing and their spam continues to roll on and to violate my email privacy without any barriers. 

 

Now I know that CasinoDeal can prove very useful and give a hand of help to many people, but I feel right to share my experience with as many people as I can because I am telling only but the truth and people may want to be warned and put in balance what practices use a group such as Affactive where they are putting their hard earned money.


If anyone wonder, – no I did not signed up with any of Affactive Group casinos via CasinoDeal because at the time when I have registered my account at CasinoDeal, I was already registered at Affactive casinos.

 

To sum things up:

 

1. Affactive does not owe me money, but on purpose or not, they have put me in a you can lose but you can`t win situation from where I lost about 300$. How would be to play `Head or Tails` with me where if you lose I take your money, but if you win I will return only your bet back but not your winnings and then I will show you the back door ? – This happened to me !
 
2. I can accept when someone does no longer wish me as a customer, but I can not accept when that someone falsely accuses me of fraud, multiple accounting and bonus abuse as Affactive did ! 

3. I can not accept HUNDREDS of SPAM emails, specially AFTER ALL of my accounts were BANNED and all my ties with Affactive group should have ENDED long time ago !
