OK, this might be a little drawn out here, but please bear with me.  Before I found this website, I downloaded a few casinos I thought I might be interested in.  I set up accounts with them, but NEVER placed any money or accepted ANY bonuses either.  Then I started doing a little research as to which of these casinos had a good pay out rate, the best customer service, and easiest deposit methods.  That's when I came across CD.  So, I deleted these casinos off my computer and re-downloaded them through CD.  Then I started thinking if I had to create new accounts on these casinos once again or could I use my current accounts already.  I then spoke with CD's customer service dept and he suggested that I close those accounts and re-establish new ones with a different email address at a later date.  That way my account would carry the CD tag with it.  When I started speaking with the online rep named "Alex" at WinPalace, I got the run around when it came to closing off my account.  He stated that because no money was ever deposited into that account and that if I never used that account, that the account, in effect would become inactive.  Sounds great in theory, but I would really like to go back to this casino carrying the CD tag on my account.  My problem that I have with this is that, if I go back to this casino at a later date and they see that I have 2 accounts with them, are they going to hang up on my pay outs when it comes time to withdrawing?  Sounds a little fishy to me and now I'm looking for a little bit of bite to make sure this account gets closed off and save me from any future problems that may arise.  Any and all help would be appreciated.  Feel free to PM me if any account details need to be disclosed.  Thanks a huge one in advance on this.

Hello Stewie2321, my advice is to not put a penny from your pocket in any Affactive casinos ! (this include: Win Palace Casino, Slots Jungle, Casino Titan, Golden Cherry Casino and Begado Casino) – By the way, Begado Casino is already banned here too! 

 

I have also written a complaint on some forums (including here too) and got not proof/responses regarding Win Palace Casino. 

 

First of all, you need to know that all Affactive casinos have a max pay out policy of $500 per installment sent out in 10 (ten) business days (and this when the pay – which is NOT their standard!) – So, if you win $25K you will be paid in ~ 2 YEARS ! 

So, if you like games provided on RTG or (NuWorks) software platform why would you accept to be treated like that on Win Palace (or any other Affactive casino), when instead, you can try any of ClubWorld Group casinos (promoted here on CD also) and there you can be sure that they pay you out in (at least) $3K installments and usually in less than 10 business days ? 

 

Just to inform you further: – Most of any Affactive casinos live chat customer care are of VERY LOW KNOWLEDGE and FREQUENTLY GIVING out wrong or FALSE ADVICE to their customers in ANY regards! 

 

Is safer to SAVE ALL important Chat Logs related to your account(s) at any casino you played at ! (read my story below)

 

I, for one, have one Chat Log from a Begado Casino Live Chat representative confirming me that they are NOT part of Affactive! – Only when I have told him to double check because I am banned from all Affactive casinos, he told me that he was giving me wrong advice and that they are part of Affactive!

On the same note, I have also have an older chat log where a customer care from Slots Jungle Casino told me that Slots Jungle Casino is not a sister casino with WinPalace and that those are NOT related!

 

I`ve GOT BANNED on ALL Affactive casinos because I was given WRONG/FALSE ADVICE FROM their Live Chat support:

 

– I knew I had one old account at Win Palace, went on Live Chat and told them that I do not remember any details about it (Username or sign-up email) but told them I HAVE an account in my name, but they could not identify it, and they TOLD me to register a new one, which I did. Same day, they found the older account, but told me to keep using the new one and OFFERED me a freebie which I DECLINED! - I also have a copy of this respective chat log! – Months later, when I have sent in my documents, they closed all my accounts telling me that I am doing multi-accounting and bonus abuse fraud !!! Yea, my A$$! - Me, who I declined their no deposit bonus and told them that I am sure I must have an older account!

– OK, their final accusation was that I have 3 accounts at Win Palace, and took a welcome no deposit bonus on all of my 3 accounts there. – I went on some forums (CasinoMeister – where I`ve got banned too because Bryan is not able to look deeply into the facts and can not comprehend to check twice when needed, and on GPWA, where my issue never got its responses and finally ended in Affactive spam campaign and finally thread closed – by the way, I am still receiving spam from Affactive after on year!) with my proofs, but ended nowhere. – My issue was to find out the Username and the join date at Win Palace for my 3rd account, and a PROOF of me getting any no deposit bonus for my 2nd (and 3rd account) – I never got this information proof!

– As I said, I have a chat log proof with me registering my 2nd account at Win Palace at their advice and me declining their no deposit freebie for that account ! (but ultimately, it seems that my chat log copy does not bother anyone from Affactive)

For the note, I am not aware of having any 3rd account at Win Palace, and CERTAINLY NOT after the incident with my 2nd account. (Daniel from Affactive accused me that I have registered a 3rd account with Win Palace two months AFTER the date of that respective chat log, but never brought a proof as asked by me – also I shown him that he lied, in regards to the bonuses.)

 

– The real problem still remains, I could never win, they would only give me my last deposit back, but ALWAYS keep my loses !
