To whom it may concern.

My user name @ Begatdo casino is calsteve. I have been waiting since last Novenber for my winning to come to me. 1st they sent me a check on a bank Acct that was closed. which cost returned check fees from my bank. then on 12/11/2023 they informed me that they where sending my money via Wire Thansfer. To Date i have not recieved my winnings. Could Someone please help me.

Hi Calsteve,

thank you for your post.

I have received the bellow reply from the Begado finance:

we had an unresolved issue with the payment company, we sent a check on Nov 7 and it bounced.

after the check was cancelled we sent a wire transfer on Dec 11.

please inform me if you dont receive the money within the next 7 business days and i will approach finance team again

typical casino bs dec 7 wire transfer takes less than 48 hrs for wire transfers good luck getting your money.

the reason there was a delay in this case is because we cant send the wire before we get a confirmation that the check was cancelled.

as soon as we received the confirmation we resent the money.
