I have been trying to make a withdrawal from the winpalce for almost 2 weeks now at first. they told me I needed a fax. back form on file I faxed the forms to them twice the last time on 9-1-12 but keep telling me that they hadn't received it but I know the FAX went thru could y'all look into this matter for me please thanks
