As some of you may have noticed, CasinoDeal was victim of severe accusations on the CasinoMeister Forums dated December 4th 2023. Thread available here http://www.casinomeister.com/f…..asino.html

 

We have decided to follow up with our members and viewers on our forums in order to give a clear view of the situation and shed some light.

 

CasinoDeal has been accused of all sorts of unethical practices on no foundation what so ever. It is unfortunate that this has happened but it is important for us to reassure the community of our ethical practices since day 1 of our operation.

I would like to direct you to "Casino Complaints" and see what Roger has to say about how CasinoDeal helped him.

 

This is my story about CasinoDeal.  I joined Diceland, Rome and Diamond VIP casinos WITHOUT going thru CasinoDeal.  My account manager in Diceland told me it was customary to give him a percentage of what I won.  Now knowing any better, I did.  I lost over $3,000 doing this.  Then money started disappearing from my accounts.  When I questioned this, they blew me off, then finally stated no one can touch the money in my account but me.  Mysteriously, $50 showed up in my account the next day.  I have had a withdrawal reuqest in since June/July 2023.  NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE WITH THIS YET.  They also have over $18,000 of mine which they were going to send me $500 every 18 working days.  At this point, I found out about CasinoDeal.  I told them my history with the above casinos and they went right to work.  Because of them, I get three to four times that amount twice a month.  So, they really do help the PLAYERS, not the casinos.  THEY ARE HERE FOR YOU!  Use them please.  – Skittles

ya these meister guys r hilarious and waaaaaayyy too much … i remember everything turning to drama on their forums. post starts with one thing and ends up with some old grandma recipe about new spices in town … realllly ?? rofl

 

I stopped posting on the forums there a long while back.

Someone would think with the revenue they generate, they would at least invest in their own image or features !!!! no???

 

what CD is doing here is very innovative … I have personally dealt with Steve and I must say it was pleasant and even fun.

 

No worries CD, there r always haters out ther ;)

I'm normally in customer service but it was brought to my attention that my name was mentioned here and I had to come and have a look and I have to say I'm flattered!

Hello people, Denis here. Big up this is my first post !

 

My experience with CasinoMeister was similar with Lazouche`s experience. Very few posts on my side, mostly only when I had a problem and needed some help/clarifications. In the last tread I`ve opened, my `tone` `disturbed` few of them even if I tried to keep my cool and kept it civil. I did even apologies one time one single time.

 

Bryan was very disturbed when I showed him he went retroactive over my problems and he stated lies about my situation. I even told him that I can understand that he made some very hasty suppositions and gaved him proofs and examples to confirm each of my details. What do you think he did ? – He went awfully crazy and closed my account, reasoning he is not happy with me as one of his forum members.

 

I had no big problems with him unwanting me as a customer as long as I can read his forums anyway without even having an account. But I really have had a problem when he banned my account and puts mud on my username PlayHunter (this is the username which I am using it everywhere) because thru this username I am pretty well known as a honest and proud person at many forums and over many places over the internet.

 

So I emailed to both Bryan and Max and pointed them that I am willing to respect their desire to not have me as a customer any longer, as long as they will remove that false and slanderous accusations from my username ban. I suggested them to leave the ban without any accusation or simply resoning his last written statement: undesired customer !

 

But do you think they have listened ? – Well, NO ! Bryan from CasinoMeister is too proud to recognize his threatening fail and step back because as he says in his profile, he think `he is the most intelligent out there` ! Ya right, for sure his intelligence is too great to accept that he is still nothing more than human and that ALL humans may have wrong understandings, and that it is of good manners to step back and apologize when we get things wrong. 

 

Lazuche, you must have a great character since you had the tact to repent and appologize several times even if you did nothing wrong while others where making fun of you username. Some people really have no character at all. There is CM !!!

Our team would like to welcome you on board on the CasinoDeal forums.

We appreciate your feedback on the CM issues which stretched for way too much.

 

It is unfortunate that some communities "block" themselves from exterior people as if everyone is a threat to them.

I believe we have been more than understanding and compliant with CM members asking all sorts of questions on how we operate.

 

So for one we get a list full of accusations for no apparent reason … but then the CM community expects our staff to reply to every single question (which as you saw came by the dozen) because they "suspect" things ?

 

That is not ethical at all for all we know. It could've been done very differently.

 

In any case, I hope you enjoy our website and keep active on our community forums.

Well, I have no problem at all with people suspecting things and being curious about how a business can run. But it becomes more of a problem of conduct when they insist with different attacks after they have got their main answers pretty well detailed. Some of their questions, about from when and how CD is running business may as well remain professional secrets. My reasoning with this is that if anyone would share people exactly how they run a business on the inside there would be less profit for the owners and way much more competition on the outside, making this business much less profitable. 

 

Anyway, as an aside note, I do think that `online since 1999` should be repalced with: `In business since 1999`.

 

And for sure as a moderator (even more than that, forum owner – in Bryan shoes) you have to stand your ground and balance the things and facts as they show up, without altering them with hasty suppositions, and as well, without having to side with anyone before clear evidence was provided by both sides. 

 

As you stated, – `It could've been done very differently.` – but the problem is, that Bryan really likes that kind of show ! (and I think that with his way of talking and making hasty suppositions also feeds and incite the community to be unrespectful) 

 

One last thought/suggestion about CD forum: – I think would be good if we can later edit our posts. English is not my main language and I saw few spelling errors in my above post, I tried to edit, but saw no such feature. (just an idea) Many thanks !

The settings should permit you to edit your post until there is a new reply.

As soon as someone replies to the topic, at that time you can no longer edit it.

 

We will definitely look into changing that into a set time limit for the near future.

 

Your reasoning is definitely straight on target. The whole gang up started as soon as they did not have all the answers they wanted to their questions. So with CasinoMeister, it's either provide us with everything we need to understand the complete functioning of your process … otherwise you'll just be hated.

 

All of this why? Because we brought a different approach and service to the online casino community, so all of a sudden, some people are not too happy about it.

Their sarcastic tone, for one thing, did not give me any motivation to provide them the answers.

wooooooowww jus read a bit of that issue on casino meister.

you guys showed serious patience on there … I would have been looooooonnggg gone.

 

casinodeal has been like family to me since i first joined their program.

having someone on the phone to discuss your issues actively with you is priceless. ive been playing online for a while and being able as a player to get support and service from a third part like casinodeal is puting it simply, great.

 

I think you are doing something great for the player community. Keep up the good work.

LOL !!! It all looks like a big mob if you ask me. Typical behavior you can expect from a forum like them. They think once they have the power they can "call the shots" like they say. Totally ridiculous and pathetic, especially coming from a known forum like CM.

You get yapped at because you disrespected a member (for which you apologized) and all the other users get a tap on the back for calling you "ladouche" and hoping you find a new way to make money in the new year to come. You sure was patient as hell with those guys.

Forget about em' Patrick, were happy to be part of this community even though people are skeptic about it. LaughLaughLaugh
