I wanted to join a casino promoted by CasinoDeal which use TopGame platform. Shawn Elliot suggested me that Diamond VIP Casino would be one of my best choice since they are a well established and highly reputable long time casino.

Here is my experience with Diamond VIP Casino: – yesterday I have made my first deposit (a minimum 25$ deposit) and I did not took any bonus. I played 4-10 spins on each one of their slots just to try them out and see if I like any. – Well yes, I like two of their video slot games: Cool Stone Age and Wiking & Striking. Those two video slots have better graphics.

I also tried out their video pokers (I dont like them) and their blackjack games. (except Double Exposure Blackjack wich is a sucker blackjack game at every casino due to its high house edge) Royal Blackjack (6 deck, single hand) did not impressed me so much, but their Multihand Blackjack (8 deck, up to four hands – house edge 0.361) game is avesome. (nice graphics)

I have sent them my identity proof documents before to make my deposit, and also yesterday I have made my 100$ withdrawal request. One thing I do not like at TopGame casinos is that they ask for 15 up to 18 business days to process any withdrawal method, including those ones on e-wallets ! Well, it is their rule and I will respect it, but this does not necessarly means that they really need to pay so slow. They already know that I am a CasinoDeal member so lets see how they will do.

I also dont like this rule: `All Deposits of 249 USD and less have a max withdrawal of 10X the deposit for that specific play session. Once a withdrawal is requested, the casino applies the 10X rule and corrects the withdrawal to accurately reflect the 10X rule. The remaining funds are deemed "Non-Withdrawable" and are cleared from the player's balance.` – This means that the balance will be zeroed out ! – Well, as I said in another thread Shawn Elliot (from CasinoDeal support) told me that this rule applies differently for CasinoDeal members: and for example if one CasinoDeal member deposit lets say 100$ and win 3000$, he will be paid 1000$ in one installment and the rest of his money will not be zeroed out, but instead will be paid out in another two 1000$ installments !

From what Terms&Conditions I was reading only Topaze Casino does not have this particular term stated on its website.

That been said, I ask any CasinoDeal member which deposited less than 250$ and won more than 10 times its deposit to try and withdraw an amount of 15-30 times his deposit to see black on white how TopGame casinos will deal with this rule !

(For example I know that many people likes to deposit the minimum amount wich is 25$ and if it happens to win something over 350$ please try and cash out at least 350$ or as much more as you can and keep us updated about how that respective TopGame casino paid and how they have managed your remaining funds after the first installment was paid ! Also, tell us if at that respective casino you are in advantage or not regarding total money deposited, total money withdrawed raport.)

Here we go again: Diamond VIP Casino is NOT respecting his word and is NOT respecting my request for the 2nd time!

On 1 April 2023, I have got confirmation for the second time (from Ben B.), and from a second person (first one was Stuart my account manager) that I will NEVER EVER RECEIVE ANY future promotional email offers anymore from Diamond VIP Casino from that point in time. I have also forwarded my chat log and email conversation to Mr. OG (general operation manager)  

Below I will post my email sent to Mr. Ben B (as I said he confirmed me I will get no further promos) and forwarded to Mr. OG

`Hello Mr. Ben,

Also I have requested to Mr. James to remove me from all future promotional offers, therefore I should not receive this current promo. I got your email minutes ago, so I see you are working on Sundays, so please be professional, send me one written email confirmation about the fact that I am removed from all kind of future promotions, and keep your word. I am a CasinoDeal member and other way I`ll post that my wishes are not respected and that I am receiving deliberate confusion from Diamond VIP.

And by the way: since from the moment I have opened my Diamond VIP Casino account I have ticked the box where it says: "If you do NOT want to get our emails about big jackpots, new games free prizes and new competitions, no worries! Put a check mark in the box!" – So I hope that I will never get any of those, or any future promotion anymore!

Problem is that today 24 May 2023 I am receiving a promo email from [email protected] from where I HAVE NEVER SUBSCRIBED to in the first place ! Well, this is getting stupid. - When I said no promo emails, it really means no promo !

I think most (if not all?) of their slot video games bonus round is activated when at least 3 scatters (of the same kind) appear simultaneous (on reel 1, 2 and 3) at the same time and all 3 MUST BE in a payline to activate the bonus round. – So no, I do not think that you got the scatters in EXACTLY the same position when previously started the bonus round. It must have been some other place for any of the scatters and that was all, not on a payline. – As for the ending luck .. at least you got some !!!
