Hey Budford.. yes I`ve checked again, on some other games the scatters only need to be anywhere on an active payline to activate the bonus rounds or free spins. Anyway, I do not think any casino would cheat in a such manner ! Give them credit. 

As for "if Casino Deal says that the respective casino is OK, then everything is fine for me too" — well yes, I do not doubt that they will pay you, but only in a time frame of 18 BUSINESS DAYS !!! And also the withdrawals MAY HAVE LIMITATIONS (ie. they will pay you a MAX amount of money PER TRANSACTION which takes 18 business days) according to your VIP status. 

These limitations also apply if your last deposit is lower than 250$. For example if your last deposit is 50$ and it happens to win 3000$ from that deposit, and then you will want to cash out all of your money, then they will pay you only 500$ each 18 business days (meaning 24 calendaristic days) — So to get all of your 3000$ money it will take about 5 MONTHS ! And this apply for ALL casinos running on Top Game software ! So if you are comfortable with their payout time frames, they are OK. (I`m not!)
